Comfortable but staff unreliable for wake up call
Pros:

Comfort and cleanliness of room with convenience of the station

Cons:

I was on the lower floor so it was noisey all night with bags and guests arrival. Ear plugs would help.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Firstly, our room was way bigger than expected. Everything was so clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was rather warm in our room but the staff were quick to help with giving extra fans, great touch much appreciated. The location is perfect with just a 5 min walk to paddington station. 24 hour reception, good security on the doors at night. Hotel was quiet, which is what you're after for a good night's sleep.

Cons:

The lift is a little small and rickety but thats all really and such a small problem to have.

Zu kleine Zimmer, Frühstücksraum zu klein - Gäste, die nicht zeitgerecht vor 8 Uhr früh bereit standen, mußten mindestens ein halbe Stunde warten, um einen Platz zu bekommen.

Cons:

Zelo je bilo vroče v majhni sobi brez klime. Grozno je smrdelo iz školjke v zelo majhni kopalnici, niti vode si nisem mogla natočiti v flaški. Brez hladilnika.

Pros:

Clean and central.

Cons:

Failed the main requirement: a good nights sleep. It was do hot I was unable to sleep. I booked a cheap room and understood that it was windowless. However, it was in the basement in summer with no fan, and no air conditioning to provide air. I had to sleep with my room door open for some air flow but even that only made a small difference. It was like being cooked alive. Awful.

Great for location and amenities but hotel needs bringing up a bit
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice & clean

Cons:

Shower was very small tight squeeze if your a bit on the large size # over a size 14 and no room between the toilet and sink shower doors were tiny and completely wrong
No air con windows only open about 6” not good when its 36 degrees in a heatwave
Would have thought for the price and the name
The tea coffee& water would have been replenished
Thought i had book a bit of luxury with a name like prince william

Cómodo pero es un horno
Pros:

Habitación pequeña para tres personas, pero cómoda, limpia, buen desayuno. Cerca del metro, cerca de restaurantes

Cons:

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, la ventana se abría a medias. Nos entraba el calor de un motor frente a nuestra ventana. Fue terrible. NO lo recomiendo en verano.

Nice room on 2nd floor.
Room had all the essentials, fan was necessary as there was a heatwave at the time of my stay.
Hairdryer, and essentials such as shower gel shampoo, etc, provided.
Staff were pleasant upon check in and stored our bags for us.
We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on it.
The bed was comfortable.
The location was great as it's just a short walk from Hyde park/ Paddington train station. Etc

Cons:

The room didn't appear to have air conditioning. Even with the fan during this heatwave it was stuffy and hot in the room.

This property is located very close to Paddington train station, Hyde Park and also not far from Abbey Rd, famous for the Beatles Album cover where they are walking across a pedestrian crossing out in front of the Abbey Rd recording studio

It’s a great little place, there’s nothing to really fuss about it’s a nice place to stay
