La posizione è ottima

Cons:

La camera che ci hanno dato era un loculo, in 2 non si poteva neanche girare, nel bagno la doccia senza le tende praticamente quando fai la doccia l'acqua schizza ovunque per non parlare che manco funzionava bene, molto probabile era piena di calcare e l'acqua non scendeva bene, praticamente inutilizzabile...il letto era per 1 persona , in 2 non si poteva dormire...devo dire che dopo la nostra lamentela il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato la camera ed era molto meglio...la ragazza di notte era molto carina e comprensiva

Posizione comodissima e personale disponibile, peccato per il poco comfort della camera.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente e comoda per gli spostamenti! Staff disponibile e cordiale. Colazione minimal ma buona!

Cons:

La camera era davvero piccola per 3 persone, il bagno ampio ma il lavandino era minuscolo.
Purtroppo l’ascensore era fuori servizio quindi 4 piani a piedi, ma (su richiesta) hanno portato su e giù almeno le valigie.

La nota più dolente purtroppo è stato il caldo, la camera non era dotata di aria condizionata e la finestra si apriva di pochissimo. Nonostante il (piccolo) ventilatore messo a disposizione era davvero difficile stare in stanza. Capisco che non dipenda dalla struttura ma almeno la finestra rendetela “apribile” 😰

Location was good.... room nice enough.

Cons:

Bed bugs, waking up we found bed bugs in the bed.
Went to the front desk to complain. No one seemed bothered. Asked for a manager, was told the manager didn't work on a Sunday.
Was told to email our complaint.
We are yet to have a response.

Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and good transport links from Paddington station however I was in basement room which was very noisy from floor above guessing the entrance hall which disturbed my sleep and overall stay was ruined. Tried to call reception however phone was broke even called from my mobile phone and reception did not pick up. The plumbing was also very noisy from the bathroom waterworks coming from above floors. There was a window that had a view of a derelict storage room so without any natural light was not very pleasant.

Cons:

At breakfast I was not on the list to be in the restaurant which made me feel uncomfortable I had to show my email of my booking and hotel staff had to check with the desk this did not get my morning off to a nice start.

Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y el desayuno cumple las expectativas sin ser espectacular.

Cons:

La habitación era demasiado pequeña, sobre todo el baño. Además fuimos en ola de calor, no tenía aire acondicionado y la ventana no se podía abrir demasiado porque estaba bloqueada y justo había una farola que deslumbraba mucho por la noche.
