Good views - rooms a bit dated.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is good, it’s about a 15 min walk from the inner harbour. Staff were very friendly.
Foyer is nice and the bakery inside offers great value food and hot drinks. The overnight oats were excellent

Cons:

The rooms are quite dated and could do with some tlc. Our room (240) had an incredibly loud air con (also one of the earliest models in history) and fridge. Had to turn both off to get some sleep.

Wonderful place with beautiful bay views if you don't mind a short walk from downtown.
Pros:

The hotel is located so that almost all rooms enjoy a bay view. Our room on the first floor was obstructed a bit. We moved to a third-floor room, and the room and view were wonderful.

Cons:

The lobby was small, so the hotel did not leave you many options to lounge or places to enjoy outside of the room. That said, there were some nice outdoor spaces to enjoy as long as the weather cooperated.

Very enjoyable as we like the harbour activity and the food was excellent.
Pros:

Good view of the harbour and but a short walk from the centre of town.

The building works next door were a little noisy at times.

Pros:

Location , cleanliness, neutral decor

Cons:

Cafe for light breakfast was nice but too busy. I missed a buffet type breakfast place the restaurant was only à la carte even for breakfast

Pros:

Location was good, facilities were good. Loved the coffee shop on site. Clean and comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay thank you.
