Can’t think of a better place to stay in Victoria, perfect views and location
Pros:

The location was perfect, overlooking the bay and a short walk from Fisherman’s Wharf and the Inner Harbour.
Sitting on the balcony watching the float planes take off and land was idyllic.
Easy parking.

Cons:

Nothing!

Cons:

The room was a little small. We felt like the price didn’t reflect the size of room.

Average Stay - Beware of Paid Parking and Construction
Pros:

Our stay was average - the location is pretty good - about a 10/15 minute walk to the harbour and shops. We were not aware of the paid parking ($30/night), which was not a great way to start our stay there. We had also requested an ocean front view, but got an obstructed view. The hotel provided us a free dessert to apologize for this. I think next time we would stay at the Fairmont or somewhere away from the harbour construction.

A Perfect Place to Stay
Pros:

Perfect location and amenities for a birthday trip to Victoria B.C. Our room, clean and spacious, had a French balcony to watch all the sea planes take off, the water taxis go by and the WA/Canada Coho Ferry make its way into the harbor. Lovely restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner. We very much enjoyed the charcuterie plate for lunch, plentiful board and interesting options. They may have offered breakfast as well, but we went to the coffee spot on property each morning for hot beverages and a pastry. The jelly donuts were fabulous!!! Footpaths to either the downtown area or around to the floating Fisherman’s Wharf. This hotel offers onsite parking, which we didn’t use, so I cannot comment on pricing, availability or other. They offer valet parking, too. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back sometime soon.

L’hotel è in una posizione eccellente. L’interno è molto curato e il personale gentile e accogliente
Pros:

Posizione e qualità dei servizi

Cons:

Nel giardino c’è troppo rumore per i condizionatori delle stanze. I letti queen size un po’ troppo piccoli.

Great lodging choice at a great location
Pros:

Great location, great view of the busy inner harbor, great nearby attractions, short walk to downtown, short walk to the fisherman’s dock and the outstanding Fish Store restaurant- one of the many dining choices at the dock- but simply the best!

Great location for exploring the city
Pros:

Excellent room, shower, massive comfy bed and location was great for exploring the city without needing a car.
Staff were so cheery and polite and we loved the coffee shop in the lobby too!

Cons:

Thought it would have been good if there was a separate bar area just for drinks particularly overlooking the harbour
