Excellent location. Staff were fantastic: friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows!
There is only valet parking available. It was full when we arrived and it was fine as we parked at a nearby garage for half the cost. The nightly cost for the hotel room is also on the higher side and be great if there wasn’t the forced $25 resort fee.

The staff truly made our stay exceptional! A special thank you to Noble for accommodating our room upgrade and making us feel so welcome. Arianna was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their outstanding hospitality made all the difference. We will definitely be back!
This hotel is fantastic. I came here to welcome home my wife who was returning from a VERY long deployment and the hotel staff prepared the room and made the day so extra special for us. I’m so grateful! Thank you so so much 💜 shout out to Ricky and robin and Arianna and the front desk staff for their friendly and responsive customer service as well - they’re all just wonderful.

Lovely big rooms
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The location can’t be beat—close to everything. Robin and the other front desk people couldn’t do enough for you. They could use a clock in the room and a hand towel rack next to the sink, but otherwise great. They have a deal with the cab co for a $55 flat rate to the airport which is very nice.
From the jump, Noble and all the staff were phenomenal. Super helpful! Convenient valet for parking. The room was spacious and very nice. Food was good at the Bookstore and Bar down by the lobby. Walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend!
The Alexis Hotel is in an excellent downtown location, within easy walking distance of the stadium, Pike Place Market, and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and full of character, despite being in an older building. Robin at the front desk was especially welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service to every guest.
We stayed here for a soccer game, and the location couldn't have been more convenient.
My only drawback was the price. After valet parking and various taxes and fees, the total came to nearly CAD $800 for one night, which felt quite expensive.
