Parking lot it’s little expensive
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The style of decor was fun and unique.
The room was not as clean as I'd like. Multiple stains on walls, cups in bathroom had dust and hair on top. On the shower ledge there was a plastic shaver cap left.
The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor created a unique ambiance. The staff was very professional and friendly.

The rooms are beautiful, with high ceilings and a sense of spaciousness. Our King Suite was a perfect space. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Plus, it’s a great value.
I stayed at this hotel with several of my coworkers for eight (8) weeks. Upon checking in (and during multiple visits to the front desk), I politely informed hotel front desk staff (including the Office Manager) that I'd be receiving mail at the hotel, and to please inform me immediately when I do, as most of my mail is time sensitive. The front desk failed to inform me multiple times, and they simply allowed my mail to accumulate without informing me. On June 17th, I received a call from my bank regarding some important time-sensitive documents that they had sent via FedEx overnight delivery. As it turned out, my FedEx parcel had been delivered to the hotel front desk six (6) days prior, on June 11th!!!!! Another time, when I retrieved six (6) pieces of my mail (which had accumulated at the front desk over the span of approximately one week) a front desk employee actually gave me a FedEx parcel that was addressed to one of my coworkers! (After the mix-up was discovered, I immediately returned the parcel to the front desk.) I'm deeply disappointed with the poor communication skills and blatant indifference of the hotel front desk employees!
Another issue I had during my stay was discovering that mold had accumulated in the tissue box holder located next to my bathroom sink. As soon as I discovered the mold, I immediately brought my tissue box holder to the front desk. A front desk employee apologized and told me that a new one would be delivered to my room, which never happened. I brought this to the attention to my coworkers, some of whom later told me that they also discovered mold inside their tissue box holder in their rooms.
Also, there is no guest laundry (washers or dryers) at this hotel.
For these reasons, I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
I came solo in April 2026 and recieved a warm welcome from staff. This hotel is situated close to the downtown area of Portland. The hotel itslef was super clean and quirky decorated. It was very welcoming and felt cozy. Such a great find. My room was impeccably clean and vibrant. I will say I think my room was a connecting room for families. So....I had the occasional door rattle of other guests arriving and trying to open the connecting door to figure out what it was. Not the hotels fault at all. Just be mindful if you book the bougie rooms that it may connect to other rooms. Perfectly located, it was the second hotel I stayed in in Poprtland and it was far superior to the other one. Everything felt so proefessional and homely. Awesome hotel!
