Overall, I had a positive stay, and the room was comfortable with a unique, relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

The room was fantastic. I was looking for something funky, and it was exactly that. The bed was incredible — I haven’t slept through an entire night in about 15 years, and during my stay, I didn’t wake up once.

Each night before falling asleep, I binged the Food Network, which was such a treat since I don’t have cable at home. It became something I genuinely looked forward to at the end of the day.

Even the shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing. I’ve honestly disliked the toiletries in almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at, so that really stood out to me.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was disappointing. Breakfast was wonderful, but dinner was another story. I dined there twice during my stay, and there appeared to be only one server who was clearly overwhelmed. Service was slow, it was difficult to get his attention, and during my second visit I never received water.

My meal also came out burnt after about a 45-minute wait. At that point, I didn’t want to send it back, so I took it to my room and picked around the burnt parts.

If I stay at the hotel again, I’m sorry to say I likely wouldn’t return to the restaurant.

I also initially paid for my stay through Booking.com, but was accidentally charged a second time by the hotel. While it took a bit of time to sort out, the hotel did process the refund promptly once the issue was identified.

Great for a couple night stay in Portland!
Pros:

Fun environment, really nice staff, great location

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also could tell some of the details could use some work (faucet in bathroom was swirling around, light bulbs out on lamps, just a pretty present feeling of “meh” about little things). Could be way worse, I’d totally stay here again. But just passing along feedback.

A cute stay ~ We would stay again
Pros:

The decor and theme of the hotel was really fun ~ We utilized off site parking and it worked out fine just a few blocks away from hotel, $10 per over night versus 60 for valet at the hotel~ We were walking distance *(1/2 mile) from the Crystal Ballroom ~

Everything was perfect for us.

This was not our first stay. We requested an upper floor to avoid street noise. We were placed on the 3rd floor above the light rail. This is a 10 floor hotel. I expect better treatment for a repet guest.

Great hotel in a walkable location
Pros:

Reasonably priced breakfast and good, clean room. Nice sitting area in the lobby and easily walkable location, close to trains as well. Would stay here again.

Cons:

How rude and impatient the hotel receptionist was! Kept sighing angrily and making me feel as if he had no time for me to figure out why my card was not working on their machine. He was a younger gentleman and I truly feel, he should lose his job there, because if you can't display simple customer service skills-this is not the job for you!!!
On top of that, as soon as we arrived on the 6th floor via the elevator a rather pungent smell hit me pretty hars in the face and our suite itself smelt off, and very unpleasant. Buyer beware.

前台有位小哥服务特别差。我凌晨CHECK out 的时候不给我打印发票，理由是，这一天还没有结束，太早了，态度极其恶劣，并且污蔑我说他““stupid””，我根本就没说这个词，他自己杜撰，结果他还以此为理由朝我发飙，前台可以调取监控还原事实，我如果不是着急赶飞机就报警了。他之前答应我上午晚一些让我朋友来打印发票，我把他的许诺录音发给我朋友，结果朋友来了，拿着录音播放给他，他又违约不给打印住宿发票。经过几天booking联系，才由booking转交我发票。国内外出差这么多，从未遇到过这种事情，服务这么差的前台也是第一次。
早餐非常一般，鸡蛋、培根、土豆块。那味道让人“难忘啊”。建议不要预定早餐，随便整点啥都比在这里吃好。

Tolles Hotel in früher mal bester Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite in der 10. Etage. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal von Rezeption bis zum Reinigspersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Lage ist leider nicht optimal, was wahrscheinlich an den leerstehenden Häusern liegt. Alleine auf der Straße laufen, war eine große Herausforderung/Überwindung auf Grund der vielen Obdachlosen.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and informative. Valet parking was quick and convenient. The entire place was clean and smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable and we had more than enough room. The location was great for the activities we had planned.

Cons:

The toilet was really low. The breakfast did not go as planned. There was a tour group of 40+ people in front of us. They took all the food and it took the kitchen an extra 30 minutes to bring out fruit and scrambled eggs.

总体不错，以后去应该还会预订那里。
Pros:

位子不错，酒店内部也很漂亮，很古典的感觉，早餐还行，炒鸡蛋、煎土豆丁、培根和香肠四样，另外还有两种面包，饮料咖啡该有的都有，但可能美国酒店都是这个水平，比欧洲的还是要差一些。

早餐还是品种略少，至少应该有个烤吐司啥的
