Pros:

Nagyon frekventált helyen van, gyonyoru, hatalmas szalloda. Kenyelmes, sok szolgaltatast tudtunk gond nelkul igenybe venni. Azonnal van taxi a bejaratnal, segitenek felveszik a Takkiyoubint, a koktelbar nagy valasztekkal rendelkezik. A szoba kenyelmes hatalmas francia aggyal, napi szintu takaritassal. A szobaszerviz is kenyelmes, finomak az etelek. Elegedettek voltunk mindennel.

Cons:

Kar, hogy fix az ablak. Sokszor nagyon jo lett volna kis friss levegot beengedni a szobaba. A legkondi miatt vagy hideg van vagy tul meleg.

Great value, great hotel, location good
Pros:

Location in Akasaka, a little commercial but had many dining options nearby. Bathrooms very modern and up to date, only one sink for king classic room, beds very comfortable and good white duvet. Coffee shops and cascade buffet easy to get food.

Cons:

Air conditioning hard to manage
At check in they didn’t inform us of free breakfast but a manager Robin was amazing at making sure we were compensated or not charged. Thank you Robin for your attention.

Wonderful stay beautiful hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and our room was perfect - location excellent close to everything and you could walk very safe area. Lots of restaurants in the hotel and close by as well.

ANA International clearly maintains the high standards associated with its brand. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The location is perfect, with a metro station conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

The breakfast service could be improved. There was little attention paid to clearing used plates, and nearby tables often remained uncleared for an extended period. This negatively affected the overall dining atmosphere and aesthetic experience during breakfast.

However, the selection of food was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty and high-quality options available.

Modern international hotel
Pros:

Nice room and enough space (we were 2 adults and 1 child). Close to metro and enough restaurants.

Is also close to the Roppopongi area.

Cons:

Our first room was quite noisy. Close to a highway, but we asked for a quiet room and that was no problem. Good service.

Vlak bij metrostation, goed ontbijt en grote kamer.

Cons:

Ik had de voorgaande avond een taxi willen reserveren voor de volgende ochtend, maar ze gaven aan dat deze allemaal volgeboekt waren. Ik vind dat een hotel altijd een taxi zou moeten kunnen regelen.
