Pros:

Omg everything. I think I was upgraded to a better room and it was amazing. The bed was HUGE and don’t get me started on the breakfast buffet. Wow. I miss it already. If you’ve got the money, even for one night, stay.

Cons:

Very expensive. Please, give me a 5 night stay for free it would make my year.

This hotel deserves the highest rating. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff was attentive and courteous, the room was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the amenities were excellent.
A special highlight was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. It offered one of the largest varieties of gourmet dishes I have ever seen at a hotel. The selection was exceptional, with high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented options, and something to suit every taste. Breakfast alone made the stay even more memorable.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and enjoyable stay.

For a five-star hotel with such an exorbitant price, you would expect excellent service. Unfortunately, I have experienced better service at some three-star hotels. The location is also far from the main attractions and activities, so I would not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at InterContinental hotels many times in the past, but unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

This hotel is served by Ginza line I would say 10min walk to ginza platform. Ginza area is nearby with great shopping. Metro is quick connection to Shibuya etc.
Imperiaalace gardens not too far.

Pros:

Very comfortable,clean hotel. The best location! Subway about block away easy to get around. Many restaurants around and shopping in the Ginza about 15 min away. Excellent time you can’t beat it.
