Lovely hotel, staff may need to improve
Pros:

Good facilities and very nice room. Good location.

Cons:

Very loud in evenings, music going on until 1/2am at nearby bar. Service from staff wasn’t what you would expect at 5 star, not always so welcoming. Cleaning staff knocked at awkward times in morning and daytime.

I would have no problem returning. Apart from the bar prices, all boxes were ticked
Pros:

Location is excellent , less than 400 metres from central area. Metro was no more than 50 metres from the hotel door which was so handy. The room had a great view onto the wide avenue outside and was very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was superb with plenty of staff on hand. There are supermarkets and chemists nearby for picking up those left at home essentials.

Cons:

Ok it is classed as 5 star, but drinks prices were exceptional. I assume this is why hardly anyone were seen in the bars ,probably most people were like our selves with just one visit.
