Excelente localização na Avenida Liberdade, permitindo fazer muitos passeios a pé. O café da manhã era muito bom, com boa variedade e qualidade. O quarto era confortável e o atendimento foi cordial. Considero o custo-benefício bom.
Apesar da classificação de 5 estrelas, achei que a experiência se aproximou mais de um hotel 4 estrelas. O banheiro não tinha banheira e o piso do chuveiro era bastante escorregadio. Solicitei um tapete antiderrapante, mas o hotel não dispunha desse item e a solução oferecida foi utilizar uma toalha no piso do box. Além disso, os únicos diferenciais de um hotel 5 estrelas que percebi foram o roupão e os chinelos.
