Family of 6 very satisfied
Pros:

Everything. Plenty of room for everyone (family of 6). Good breakfast and close to a lot of places and things to do. Loved the balcony and the pool.

Cons:

These rooms sleep 6, so please put a bigger trash can in the rooms or at least more of them. We always travel with trash bags. The one that was provided was filled up in about 20 minutes after my kids had snacks.

Powdered egg breakfast,pool to small,key cards didn't work half the time,the out side bar which was one of the amenities they dont open that anymore but is still on the add,my overall experience is ,I Will Never stay in a comfort inn again

The hotel was nice and worth the money.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well. There were only two of us traveling, so the room was adequate in size. There are drinks, beer, and snacks available at the front desk for reasonable prices. We liked being able to cross the street to get to the beach.

Cons:

From reading the hotel information, I thought we would be closer to restaurants and stores. It was a walkable distance, but uncomfortable in the heat. We did not rent a car, so we had to use Uber a lot. The breakfast hours are from 6 am to 9 am. We like to sleep in on vacation, so we were not able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

Wonderful, clean, comfy beds, friendly service, and nice accessible pool.
Pros:

The sloping/zero entry pool was wonderful and it was never overcrowded or rowdy. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The balconies, although small, had a nice view of the beach.

Cons:

A concierge desk would have been nice. I am on a gluten-free diet and traveled with a disabled relative. I found the hotel and pool accommodations were perfect. The staff was not knowledgeable about the area/beach access given my relative's special needs. The beach behind the Hangout had exactly what we needed and had umbrellas/chairs for rent with a path that was easy for someone requiring a walker / possibly a wheelchair.
