Pros:

We loved the location and cleanliness. We had an issue with the ac leaking the second night and the staff had it fixed with an hour. Very helpful and the pool was outstanding with 2 young kids.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure the our stay was delightful. They helped out when issues arose to the best of their abilities. The room was a great size.

Cons:

The elevator malfunctioned three days into our stay, causing us to walk up six flights of stairs or stairs to reach our room. This inconvenience affected not only us but also all the other guests. The microwave in the room did not work so we had to go to the lobby to warm up food. The hotel needed some undates.

Wife and son got stuck in the elevator for 15 to 20 minutes. The fire department had to open the elevator. Housekeeping did a poor with the room even after leaving tips.
