Closeness to the town. Very clean. Good parking.
The room was excellent. All the staff were very helpul
I could find nothing about the hotel to complain about but in the room next to mine the two gentlemen staying in their decided to have an argument from 1.00a.m. until 3.30a.m. I did complain to the staff next morning and they apologised and if I had been staying that night they were going to move me to another room.

The location was brilliant we visited chester zoo, Cheshire oaks shopping centre and visited Chester City centre. Bathroom in the roo. was lovely, the reception area was air conditioned clean and airy. Check in was straight forward and rooms were easy to find. Breakfast was also tasty. Complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day was great.
The room was quite small for 2 adults and a teenager, with the sofa bed out we could barely move around in there. The room was not particularly clean the lamps were dusty and the chair in the room was filthy and stained, I placed a towel on it to sit on it! There wasnt much storage to put clothes. The walls are very thin and on our first night the room next door was particularly noisy and we were all still awake at 1.20am. Our beds were made and room was tidied however the cleaner did for some bizaree reason remove a toilet roll we had brought ourselves and also took one of our room keys!
