Fabulous 3 day break
Pros:

Breakfast was Amazing and the free tea coffee juice etc was an added bonus,would highly recommend

Cons:

Didn’t have a chest of drawers in your rooms or small fridge to keep drinks cold

The food was good and all items available through breakfast. Nice to have complementary drinks before bed
Pros:

In a good place and nice and clean. Good gaming room helped as was very hot evenings. Staff friendly.

Cons:

It was a bit more basic than I’m used to. A very small double bed meant sleep was difficult and no cupboards or draws for clothes.

Clean but disruptive sleep due to doors slamming all night

Location and parking great. Hotel clean along with rooms

Cons:

Didn’t like being allocated disabled room and interlocking room. Noise of banging doors made sleeping difficult

Pros:

1st night we got very little sleep as the road noise was terrible, dont get a even number room.
The staff moved us next day

Cons:

After 1st night with no sleep,
We moved to the rear of the property only to be kept away by noisy neighbours until past 1am
Had to ask reception to speak to them .
Answer was we can move you,
Not again i said

Pleasant stay, ideal location for city centre and riverside.
Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting the city and the riverside. Free tea and coffee available all day. Comfortable seating areas and bar area. Felt very relaxed.

Cons:

The carpark used to be free but now costs £10 per night. It did tell us on the booking so wasn't a surprise

Pros:

Convenient for the centre of Chester, parking on site. Unfortunately we had to accept a twin room rather than a double but it was explained at the booking process that this could happen and it was still a comfortable room to be fair.
Breakfast was very organised and lovely. The staff were very friendly.

Perfect location with lovely staff. Great room and good breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy 5 minute walk into the town centre. The hotel was clean and comfortable and it was a bonus to be able to get a tea/ coffee from the machines whenever we wanted one.
