Pros:

The property was clean and tidy, the breakfast was lovely and it was walking distance to the Plaza and shopping centres. It is a charming hotel. We had a lovely room with terrace.

Cons:

The price, Unfortunately we had stayed on the Plaza for far less money, in a luxurious hotel. We found the Plaza quiet at night and so central for eating and drinking and activities.
Unfortunately when we arrived the coffee cups hadn’t been washed up from previous guests and there was no fresh water in the rooms.

Lovely stay with delicious breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and had a really antique vibe. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and abundant. Nothing we didn't like.

Cons:

They could have more hangers in the rooms.

Fantastic stay!
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our trip. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Best of all, the location is unbeatable—super convenient for reaching the city center. Highly recommended!

Comfort near major attractions
Pros:

What I liked most about Acolpacha was the comfort and the location—it’s close enough to the main tourist attractions to walk there, yet far enough away to avoid the tourist bustle.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I just would have preferred the mattress to be a little firmer for my weight. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and I thought the food was good, but a bit expensive for what was offered.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Brimming with character, with a lovely terrace on which to have breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Short walk into town. The street is pretty noisy, so ask for a room that doesn't back onto the street.

Noise.
