Lokacija dobra, doručak izvrstan, ostatak sadržaja baš i ne.
Cons:

Doručak izvrstan, raznovrstan i ukusan. Lokacija izvrsna. Soba prostrana.

Teretana nije funkcionalna (nijedna sprava nije ispravna). Bazen je bio prljav, traćžili smo da ga očiste. kolegi je curila voda iz klime u sobi. Sifon od vode u wc-u sobe je jako neugodno smrdio, sapuna nije bilo. Kad sam tražio dodatno, donijeli su bočice sa šamponom za pranje tijela, sapun nisu napunili.

Prvi dan kad smo stigli, snimao se film. Kolega i ja smo pričali na hodniku, ušutkivali su nas kao da nismo gosti hotela.
Radi snimanja su nas poslali na drugi parking u blizini hotela, pokrili su trošak parkinga za cijelo vrijeme.

Nisam toliko zahtjevan gost, al iskustvo boravka u ovom hotelu mi neće ostat u najboljem sjećanju.

Pros:

La situation géographique, pas trop loin du centre historique. Les emplacements de stationnement, au pied de l'hôtel. L'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Si l'extérieur a été récemment rénové, l'intérieur est resté dans son jus , trop vintage pour sa catégorie.
Une rénovation approfondie est urgente pour garder les 4 étoiles, de même que quelques détails à revoir : pas de savon ou de shampoing dans les distributeurs (des dosettes à la place), des rideaux d'un autre âge, pas de frein sur le couvercle des toilettes, etc.
La douche fait le yo-yo entre le chaud et le (très) froid...

Atrašanās vieta, gultas ērtas

Cons:

Esmu vīlusies! Viesnīcas bildes vispār neatbilst realitàtei! Netīra, veca, nolietota, prasta. Kondicionieri nedarbojās, pultis nebija atrodamas un pēc zvana uz recepciju, tās tik un tā neatnesa. Ļoti netīri paklāji, telpas ož. Nekad vairs neizmantošu šo viesnīcu! Cenai par šādu viesnīcu jābūt divas reizes zemākai!

Nice location, but I wont be coming back
Pros:

Good location, near a big shopping centre and 15 mins to the centre, comfortable and clean, 5 mins to river walk

Cons:

The restaurant hours are wrong, there was no kitchen, just a bust up minibar in my room, I went in for dinner at 4.30, got a brunch menu which should have finished at 2.30, and the one waiter even forgot my drink, I was the only customer at that time. The dining area is not big enough, and trying together a seat at 7am was fun.. This is not what I expected out of a Best Western chain.

Nach langer Anreise mit dem Auto die Info, dass beim Hotel nicht geparkt werden kann. Laut booking.com: PARKPLATZ AN DER UNTERKUNFT!!!! Wir sollten das Auto "at the shopping mall" parken!? Das Hotel liegt an einem grossen Gebäudekomplex mit Kaufhaus etc. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage und Beschreibung, kann lt. Mitarbeiter a.d. rezeption dort geparkt werden. Die böse überraschung bei der abreise nach 3 tagen: 130,00 parkgebühr, die wir nach mehreren telefonaten mit dem Hotel letztendlich zahlen mussten. Doch nicht genug!!!! Beim einchecken bezahlte ich die Parkgebühr von 15,00/3 Tage = 45,00 Euro in bar, verlangte Gott sei dank eine Bestätigung. Denn bei Abreise konnte meine Barzahlung nicht festgestellt werden!!???! Solche Methoden sind für ein Hotel ungeheuerlich. Parkkosten gesamt daher 175,00 Euro!!! Die zuviel bezahlten 45,00 sollten rückerstattet werden. Ich hoffe, dass zumindest dies funktioniert!! Für ein drittklassiges hotel mit warteschlangen beim frühstück, einem lift, ders gerade noch schafft und einem Badezimmer wo der Handtuchwärmer auf Grillfunktion geschaltet ist u.v.m. haben wir f. 3 Tg. 470 ,00 Euro bezahlt!!!! Die frage ob der/die ManagerIn zu sprechen sei wurde sofort abgeblockt, dies sei nicht möglich!!!
Nie mehr wieder Best Western !!!!!

Wszystkim bardzo się podobało, na śniadanie można było sobie zrobić gofry :)
Pros:

Sauna i lokalizacja, blisko do głównych atrakcji oraz do miejskich atrakcji sportowych nad brzegiem Wilii: pingpong, siatkówka, koszykówka, kawiarnie i plac zabaw. Z powodu dużej ilości gości, jeden pokój z trzech dostaliśmy w wyższym standardzie, bez dodatkowych kosztów.

Cons:

Woda w basenie była bardzo zimna, jak po saunie to spoko ale dzieci miały początkowo problem, żeby wejść popływać
