The staff were actively unhelpful.
Cons:

The staff did not provide any kind of customer service support in my stay and actively subverted helping us. I can't recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Meget behagelig opphold, skuffet over rengjøringen
Pros:

Frokosten, resepsjonen og resepsjonistene, tilgjengeligheten, og sengen.

Cons:

Det var litt forvirrende angående rengjøringen av rommene. En morgen banker vaskedamen på døren og vi ba henne komme tilbake senere, da sa hun at hun kan komme om 1 time, ellers ville ikke rommet bli rengjort. Vi sørget for å forlate rommet etter 1 time. Vi kom tilbake etter 3 timer og vaskedamen hadde enda ikke vært hos oss. Hun kom rundt kl.13:15, nesten 4 timer senere. Vi kunne altså ha sovet lengre. En annen dag var vaskedamen i gangen fra rundt kl.08:00 til kl.16:30, men hun rørte ikke rommet vårt. Vi trengte nye håndklær, sengetøy, og laken. Jeg antok at hun ville stikke innom før eller senere siden det var den samme personen som hadde vasket rommet før. Jeg hadde altså nesten ikke vært på rommet hele dagen fordi jeg ventet på at hun skulle rydde der. Til slutt måtte jeg henne om å vaske rommet vårt. Hun sa at hun skulle skrive det ned. Jeg kom hjem rundt kl.21:25 og rommet hadde ikke blitt rørt. Jeg måtte snakke med resepsjonisten. Han var veldig snill og omsorgsfull. Jeg fikk et teppe og en pute, og 2 små håndklær fra en dame som kom til rommet mitt senere. Vi måtte bruke et ekstra teppe som sengetøy. Resepsjonisten ringte for å spørre om alt var i orden, og da han fant ut at vi bare fikk små håndklær sørget han for at vi fikk 2 store håndklær. Han reddet kvelden!

Awesome place
Pros:

Everything is awesome. I have been here quite a few times and keep on comming back. Recetionist Joana always with a smile, very friendly and helpful, drinks at the bar are amazing, and super nice breakfast.
