Pros:

The free breakfast is always awesome and they give you options on what to get. Pool is open from 6am-11pm so the night swim was fun. Rooms were very clean and Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Cons:

Only thing that I didn’t like is the pillows are too thick and the beds are too firm. I woke up with a terrible backache but everything else was just fine

Pros:

I like the location and breakfast.

Cons:

I got to the hotel, and they could not find our booking. I had to get a room pay full price because the price on booking would not be honored even with the reference number. Why would I use this service again?

Good for a one nights stay. Very room and suitable for a family!

It was clean.

Cons:

I didn’t know that the parking lot was on a paid basis and guarded by a gate but I guess that provides some safety. The tv in the bedroom area was burnt out and had a strong blue coloring and my kids could not enjoy it. It needs to be replaced.

Staff is great place isn’t stay else where!

The staff here is genuinely great!!! I want to start with that. Ms. Shirley at the front desk was especially helpful and got us checked in early with no issues.

Unfortunately, during just a one-day stay, we ran into multiple problems. When we returned to our rooms later in the day, both were flooding because the showers wouldn’t drain. Maintenance came after a while, spent about 20–30 minutes looking at it, and said we’d need to be moved. Due to not having the tools to fix it at this time.

The new room had its own issues: very low water pressure, barely warm water, and the TVs didn’t work. We called the front desk again and were told maintenance would come, but after a couple of hours, no one showed up.

To be clear, this isn’t a staff issue.. they’ve all been friendly and doing their best. But for the price, the condition of the hotel just isn’t acceptable. Even the hot tub was colder than the pool.

Management needs to invest in fixing this property. The employees are solid, but they’re stuck dealing with problems that shouldn’t be happening in the first place.

For what you’ll pay here, I’d recommend staying somewhere newer and better maintained.

Dead bird on patio for the whole stay wasn’t picked up..

It was great, I would stay again
Pros:

The shower was hot and great pressure. The ac worked great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

They had one elevator down for repairs so we either had to wait or do 4 flights of stairs

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Love that it was pet friendly and clean.
Pros:

The location was great. The shuttle was helpful but we could have walked too.

Cons:

The toilets were not good at flushing. It took them forever. It was used to get both parts of the room comfortable. Too much air in the bedroom areas and not enough in the sofa area.
