Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately.

In line with the latest Government directive, please note that our hotels are now open for staycations or other travel purposes, and our Food & Beverage outlets are permitted to have dine-in guests.

Please note the heated pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 to 15:00.

Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per reserved room.

Guests must pay an additional MYR 16 per day or MYR 1 per hour to park a second vehicle.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

However, there are still some areas that could be further improved, especially in terms of room detailing, corridor cleanliness, and response time for housekeeping requests. The place clean, staff very friendly and very helpful.. breakfast good..Room very okeyy.. very clean

Cons:

just the swimming pool not really that heated pool and little bit dirty.. shower place near to pool cannot use…for room very okeyy… just washing machine make noise too much when drying..

Overall it was a good price for location and for average amnesties

2) Sink tap do not have hot water
3) Iron metal surface has burnt stain which mark on my shirt when ironing

Rasa biasa je. Probably harga yang bayar 1 malam tu boleh dapat lebih murah.

Comfortable short stay in the clouds
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, breakfast spread, hot water heater, polite and helpful staff. Easy access to Genting Premium Outlet and Genting Highlands Resort.

Cons:

Location of coffeehouse. Low water pressure in the shower.
