The location is amazing and they accept dogs

Cons:

Blood stains in the room the shower did not drain so I was not able to shower dirty lamps hair In the shower

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and while we enjoyed our time in Williamsburg, the hotel was horrible. Started out with the TV not working. Had to go downstairs four times and then, still ended up with no TV that night. When we tried to take a shower, we let it run for at least 20 to 30 minutes the first night and there was no hot water ended up taking a cold shower because, the phones didn't work so you couldn't let the front desk know anything, each thing that went wrong we had to go downstairs to the front desk, wait in line to even report it. That ended up being 6 trips downstairs. When we arrived, the toilet had not even been cleaned. You could see the ring around it before you even used it. The elevator was dirty. It was just a terrible visit. We placed in the "North Wing" like we weren't important because we booked with "BOOKING.com". Was told we could not even get a check out receipt because we booked with Booking.com and they didn't give receipts for that.

It was just close to Busch gardens which was convenient for me

Cons:

Hotel had a bad smell. Sofa looked dirty and dusty . Carpet too. My son kept sneezing. Hotel windows were dirty. They don’t clean rooms everyday

Location was good.

Cons:

We stayed two nights and never got our room cleaned nor did we get clean towels.
When my grandson called for clean towels she said they were busy and to bring our dirty ones down and she would give us clean ones.

Pros:

Pool.

Cons:

Room very dirty, blood on my sheets, a/c unit didn’t work. I call for help, seem like they fix it, but didn’t never got cold we had to go to bed hot for two nights. T. V kept acting up. Hair in the shower on the wall. Just didn’t have a good experience with my family. But I didn’t complain. Will not stay again or recommend this place.
