It was convenient location to the parks, the complimentary breakfast was good, my kids like it. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
It needs to be updated, no shelf in the shower for soap and body wash. There was no iron or ironing board. No microwave in the room.
It was close to my destination
The room smelled like mold and a heavy scent of cleaning products to try and hide the smell. The carpet was damp to the touch which would explain the smell of mold. This place could really benefit from dehumidifiers and the property owner should figure out where the moisture is coming from. For $160 for 1 night this wasn’t good. I toughed it out but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Proximity to the parks
Shower area could have been cleaner but my reason for low rating is being charged 3x. I have contacted the hotel (via booking) to give them the opportunity to reverse a couple of these charges.
Location was great.
Vanity in the bedroom sleeping area. Shower doors leaked on the floor in bathroom during shower!
The location
Room had an odor and the carpets were beyond dirty. There were brown splatters on the curtains which was gross. Continental breakfast was very limited and not good.
Close to Busch Gardens
Shower was slick wife almost fell. Breakfast was very cold. No place to put soap or shampoo in shower told it was on order

This Hotel is the perfect spot! Not only is it convenient for busch gardens and water country usa, the staff are AWESOME and always nice! The rooms are perfect especially since we are at the amusement parks majority of the time. The beds are really comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel and I love the fact this Hotel cares about your animals and making sure the humans and animals are good!
Right place to stay for both parks.
The internet was horrible.... TV was a pain. The beds were to small for four people..
Location and pool
Broken elevator, no lifeguard at pool, pool access door locked and had to go outside and around the building to get to pool. Breakfast wasn’t hot and bathroom too small. Also had to ask for fresh towels and said they didn’t have fresh wash clothes that evening
The location and the staff were helpful
I didn’t like that shower had water stains and the room had a musty smell. There was a roach by screened-in portion of the hotel/pool area

Found cockroaches in the room, sleep sofa was dirty, pillows needed to be replaced, window in the room was so dirty outside that you couldn’t see out of it.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and well maintained. Overall, this hotel is a great value for the price. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend it!
The shower
Whole hotel smelled like marijuana, everything was dirty and overbooked.
We liked the location. We liked having the breakfast. We liked having a pool.
We didn’t like not having a microwave in the room. We didn’t like not having any shelving in the bathroom/shower to put our toiletries, soap, body wash etc. We didn’t like that we had to plunge our toilet several times during our 3 day stay.
