Overall disappointing.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. The property had a nice back area but it wasn’t well maintained

Cons:

There was an unexpected pet fee, the room was not very clean, the building wasn’t very clean until the weekend came around, the breakfast was bland and subpar, we ended up going elsewhere everyday. There was a vehicle detailing company doing business in the parking lot which took up a lot of space and I thought it was weird? The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and was overall dingy. We won’t be back unless it’s the only option in town. Also, the management watches your every move on the cameras which felt like an invasion of privacy.

Pros:

Max at the front desk was amazing 👏

Cons:

The pool has some rough spots that hurt ur feet, but we thoroughly enjoyed it anyways. The bathroom could use an update.

Beds okay little too high.it was nice stay

It was very good

Cons:

No ice available no coffee till 6:40 am it was strong fridge in room smelled . Ice not on any floors near us. Receipt at checkout would have been nice
Got onedrpepper to drink put on room service no straws or cups or ice
Chef was wonderful good service at breakfast
Friendly kept place clean

Toliet was stopped up
Bathroom shower door had to be wiped down
Telephone not plugged in and the cord leading to the wall extremely nasty

Disappointed based on previous stay, but if it was my first time it would have been decent
Pros:

It was decent.

Cons:

I had stayed here a couple years ago and it was lovely. I don't know if there has been a revamp of the building, but it wasn't as bright and welcoming this time. Hallways were dark and felt sketchy.
