Clean and very friendly staff. Price was good no WiFi or internet. You had you use your own hotspot

Cons:

Used towel was left behind bathroom door, front door wont close, you have to lift up to close properly. Ask for 2 extra towel wont give because they replace towel every 3days according to the receptionist.

The room floor was never cleaned. Disgusting
We were supposed to stay 3 nights but I booked something else after seeing the uncleanliness. Didn’t have dirty laundry bag, had to ask for a hair dryer and there was no iron And the phone was broke! The price I was about to pay for 3 nights was ridiculous bc how dirty the room was.

Cons:

I reserved 2 rooms 1st room we found a used towel behind the bathroom door. 2nd room the front door wont closed properly until you lift up the door. We requested 2 extra towel and they denied us the reason is they only change towel every 3 days.

Great location if you are going to Busch gardens and/or water country USA.
Pros:

The location is only about 3 minutes to water park and 5 minutes to Busch Gardens and it’s pet friendly.

Cons:

Beds weren’t comfortable to me.

I liked that it was so close to Busch Gardens.

It was God awful don't stay there

There was no iron, the staff wanted us to do their job by bringing them towels from the room downstairs, the toilet stopped up and then the front desk person unclogged it and basically try to give us instructions on how to use the toilet. There was a distinctive smell in the hallway, the lobby and the elevators stink horribly the room carpet was so dirty that when I took off my socks, they were black. I recommend new training for the staff also learning to clean the facility which was dirty and the outdoor pool my God, so that people just took a bath and it was black.

It was fine, but could use some work.
Pros:

Location was very convenient to get to Busch Gardens and Water Country. They accommodate to a late check in.

Cons:

Seems pretty run down and in need of some work. Our TV did not work. Fridge was unplugged and the run off water was on the floor when we arrived. Wasn’t the cleanest. Breakfast was not great.
