Attractive and comfortable hotel in a great location, friendly welcome.
Pros:

Comfortable room and bed with good air conditioning - so important in this summer's heat. Warm and helpful welcome. Great location by a canal and very close to the central squares. Decent breakfast. Complimentary glasses of champagne. A staff member at check-out allowed us to keep our car park space till 2pm (though we'd been told at check-in we'd have to leave by 1pm).

Pros:

Notre expérience a été tellement désastreuse que nous avons du quitter l'hôtel.
Accueil impersonnel et froid. La réceptionniste ne parlait que l'anglais et était difficilement compréhensible.
Chambre soit disant upgradée mais en très mauvais état et pas propre (photos à l'appui).
Air conditionné en panne, il faisait 30 degrés dans la chambre. Seul un petit ventilateur était prévu, ridicule par rapport à la surface et de très mauvaise qualité.
Aucun service adéquat. Pas d'autre chambre possible et très peu de communication. Nous avons donc été contraints de quitter l'établissement et de rentrer chez nous. Nous demandons donc un remboursement complet de notre nuit.

Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Fantastic location and really beautiful facilities. Loved the generosity of pastries available throughout the day and sweets in jars. It makes it feel really personal. Staff were lovely and really helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. Loved it all.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable hotel with extremely helpful staff. Excellent location, within walking distance of the city center and all major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Cons:

The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the public areas.

Perfect location to visit Bruges with canal side views, friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and excellent service
Location is superb and lovely terrace for having a drink near the canal
Delicious breakfast

Cons:

Bedside table: on the top there was a large chunk of paint missing in our room giving a scruffy appearance
Dirty/worn carpet in the lift and chipped paintwork
Foyer carpet looks tired

Very disappointed the first night with NO air conditioning and the manager being very rude!

Cons:

We had NO air conditioning! I asked to change rooms and the first night they could not accommodate our request so it was very hot! I asked to cancel the reservation and was told I could not. The manager on duty was very rude, so I asked to speak to an owner or supervisor. I was told they were in a meeting so I could not speak to them, so I left my cell number and they never contacted me about my concerns!
