La situation géographique de l'hôtel.
Professionnalisme et gentillesse du personnel.
Petit déjeuner magnifique (sauf fleurs artificielles, et "défraichies", sur les tables...)
Belle dimension, et confort, de notre chambre avec vue sur canal.

Cons:

Le lendemain de notre première nuit, la chambre n'était toujours pas faite à 14h30...
... l'anomalie a été corrigée le lendemain, à notre demande.
Aucune restauration, autre que le petit déjeuner, n'est disponible à l'hôtel.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage in Brügge. Sehr gutes Personal und schöne Zimmer. Terrasse direkt am Kanal und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite.

من أفضل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها! الفندق صغير ورايق وفخم، والأجمل طاقم العمل جدًا ودودين وبشوشين ومتعاونين.

من أول لحظة وصلنا استقبلونا بابتسامة وترحيب جميل، ولما دخلنا الغرفة لقينا رسالة لطيفة مع علبة شوكولاتة على السرير، وحتى وقت المغادرة ودعونا بهدية بسيطة فيها سناك للطريق. التفاصيل الصغيرة هذي فعلًا فرقت معنا وخلّت التجربة مميزة.

خلال إقامتنا طلبت منهم كم شغلة، وكل طلب كان يتم التعامل معه بسرعة وتتم تلبيته مباشرة. الخدمة والاهتمام جدًا ممتازين.

الغرفة طابعها كلاسيكي وأنتيك، والديكورات جميلة ومميزة وتعطي المكان جو فخم ودافئ. والسرير كان مريح بشكل مو طبيعي، كأننا نايمين على غيمة!

تجربة جدًا جميلة من البداية للنهاية، وحسّينا بالاهتمام والضيافة في كل التفاصيل. أكيد أنصح فيه وبقوة، ولو رجعت للمنطقة راح أكرر السكن فيه 🤍

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! It’s small, cozy, and luxurious, with an incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff.

The attention to detail was exceptional from the warm smiles that greeted us when we arrived, to the lovely letter and box of chocolates waiting on our bed, and even the thoughtful little snack gift when we said goodbye.

During our stay, I made a few requests, and every single one was answered and taken care of immediately. The service was truly outstanding.

The room had a beautiful antique charm, with elegant decorations and so much character. And the bed was unbelievably comfortable it honestly felt like we were sleeping on clouds!

The location was perfect, right in the center, with everything nearby and easily accessible. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient.

Everything about our stay felt warm, personal, and special. We absolutely loved it and would happily stay here again.

Highly, highly recommended!

‎عزل الصوت في الغرفة مو مرّة جيد، كنا أحيانًا نسمع أصوات من برا أو من الغرف المجاورة. لكن بشكل عام ما أثّر كثير على جمال تجربتنا.

The only downside was that the room wasn’t very well soundproofed, so we could occasionally hear noise from outside or neighboring rooms. However, this didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience.

Soirée cosy à Bruges
Pros:

Pour passer une soirée une soirée romantique à Bruges c'est l'endroit idéal : emplacement exceptionnel.
Bruges le soir vaut par son calme et ses illuminations.
Le personnel est au petits soins pour vous

Cons:

L’hôtel propose le garage , c'est très bien mais signaler aux étrangers qu’ils doivent inscrire leur véhicule sur le site de la commune c’est mieux. Fâcheuse manie de plusieurs communes en Belgique

Bel établissement mais insuffisant sur les prestations.
Pros:

Bel établissement, personnel gentils et serviable mais trop peu nombreux et débordé.

Cons:

Chambres faites tardivement. Petits déjeuner très moyens malgré la belle vaisselle et les couverts en argent: difficile d’obtenir un 2 eme verre de jus d’orange ( où est la serveuse?)
Jambon moyen, saumon et autres aliments servis en verrines, 2 œufs au plat facturés 4 € etc. Tout à revoir au niveau service malgré la gentillesse du personnel (trop peu nombreux). Ne tiendra pas face à la concurrence si ces points ne sont pas corrigés !

Posizione centralissima sul canale piu bello.
Struttura molto bella ma non tenuta al massimo delle sue potenzialità. Colazione molto buona e ricercata. Ho avuto un problema e mi hanno cambiato subito la camera. Personale molto gentile.
