Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre in bester Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, perfekt. Parkplatz um die Ecke, 3min zu Fuß, für die Lage auch sehr gut. Zimmer war geräumig, auch wenn da direkt unterm Dach nur mit Fenster zum Himmel. :-) Frühstück herausragend, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu erwähnen. Die Terrasse am Wasser war geschlossen, vermutlich wegen des Wetters. Zimmer mit Blick wäre schön gewesen, das war uns vorher nicht klar.

Excellent hotel with nice big rooms, an excellent location and kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was well organized, helpful and kind.
I don’t remember all the staff’s names but I can recall Brad and Marianna from Romania. All the staff were wonderful. The brunch was very nice.

Cons:

I wish there was a dining room.

Pros:

お部屋もさることながら全てがブルージュの世界観で統一されておりウェルカムドリンクもそうですが、ウェルカムチョコレートやフェアウェルクッキーなども嬉しかったです。
どのお部屋の客かスタッフがしっかり把握しているようでとても高いホスピタリティを感じました。
キャナルビューのお部屋にバスタブ付きでとても快適に過ごせました。泊まるなら是非運河を見下ろす部屋を予約すべきだと思います。

Ontbijt, een echte ramp . Koude koffie. Om 9 u we hebben 60.min gewacht op warme gerechten op buffet. Voor een spiegelei Supplement van 4 € betalen. Alles wat broodjes betreft diepvries. Ook zoetigheden. Geen youghurt of keuze fruitsap.
Beleg . Salami, kaas en ham . Dat was de keuze.
Bij een Ontbijt van 4 sterre hotel en aan deze prijs verwacht ik veel meer

Lovely hotel in the perfect location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to enjoy all that Bruges had to offer. The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. Lovely touches with complementary welcome drink and chocolates. Would definitely return.

Pros:

Cet hôtel est absolument fantastique ! Le personnel est adorable, bienveillant, souriant et aux petits soins pour vous dès votre arrivée et jusqu’à votre départ. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût avec des lits extrêmement confortables. Tout l’hôtel est d’ailleurs très bien décoré et les bâtiments sont superbes, ils nous renvoient aux temps des peintres comme Jan Van Eyck…

Tout était parfait et merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel !

Pros:

Parking was easy, but nog cheap. We fortunately could stay a bit longer for an agreeable price.

Cons:

Not a thing of the Hotel, but the city. Arranging the cat permit for the centre crossing was quite cumbersome; applying for it turns out to be a permit in itself. On arriving, no issues.
