Disappointing for price.
Pros:

Good location and able to provide parking (€30 per day)

Cons:

We were disappointed to be in a house on the other side of the street to the main Hotel. Despite a junior suite, we had a poor view. The toilet was tiny and on the other side of the room around the bed to the bathroom which appeared to be in a corridor, and contained a shower over a bath. The seating area was uncomfortable and bland. The whole room seemed unloved and poorly planned which was surprising for the prices being charged.

Unique stay in a very busy town!
Pros:

The location is really great! And the hotel itself is very picturesque and quaint!

Cons:

I liked that it was centrally located but still quiet and kind of hidden away. The hotel is very lovely, especially the restaurant area on the canal!

Elegance, warmth and attention to details!
Pros:

Excellent location, with back entrance which is quiet. I got a free upgrade. The staff esp the manager Bram, was just so wonderful and kind! This stay was the best part of my Belgium tour. The personalised touch is unmistakable! My room was so luxurious and spacious, I was stunned at the elegance of the massive bathroom!

Cons:

Nothing at all!

EL HOTEL NO ESTÁ LO LIMPIO QUE DEBERIA : LOS POMOS DE LAS PUERTAS ESTAN SUCIOS, LOS PULSADORES, .. LAS HABITACIONES OLIAN MUY RARO ( AUNQUE ESO VA EN GUSTOS) .. EL PARKING NO ESTA EN EL MISMO HOTEL, NO ESTA LEJOS (5MINUTOS ANDANDO). LAS HABITACIONES CON VISTAS AL CANAL NO MERECEN LA PENA, PRIMERO POR LAS VISTAS QUE DAN A UN EMBARCADERO DESDE DONDE SALEN LAS LANCHAS TURISTICAS, Y LAS VENTANAS LLEVAN CORTINAS EN LOS CRISTALES.

Pleasant however could have been better.
Pros:

Staff pleasant and efficient. The location in the town center was perfect. Breakfast copious and delicious if a tad expensive.

Cons:

We were assigned room 215, small, beautifully decorated with a view of the inner roof/courtyard. The bed cover had some unpleasant looking white stains. The bathroom “door”, a glass panel , needs to be replaced with a fully fitted wooden door properly sound and light proofed. This was a serious inconvenience.
