Disgusting, disappointing, and horrible service and stay overall

Cons:

The rooms were disgusting. There was vomit on the bed and stains all over the sheets in both of the rooms that we had. They wouldn’t give us any sort of refund after we tried working with them for over an hour. They don’t even have a main desk worker, it’s some stupid guy on a screen.

I liked the location because it was close to my campus, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. I also appreciated that they allowed me to stay an extra hour when I requested it. That was really helpful. Overall, there were some things I liked about my stay, although there were a few issues with the room that could definitely be improved.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. I stayed in Room 103, and there were several issues that negatively affected my experience.

First, the bathroom door was in very poor condition. It was difficult to open and close smoothly and made a lot of noise. This was extremely frustrating and made using the bathroom inconvenient.

Second, I found bugs inside my room, which was very disappointing and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the property.

Additionally, I could hear a lot of noise from outside, possibly coming from the main entrance door. This made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.

I believe the management needs to address these issues, especially repairing the bathroom door, taking care of the bug problem, and fixing the source of the outside noise. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the property for future guests.

I will never stay here ever again.

Cons:

The property was filthy. There were stains on the walls, refrigerator was completely defrosted when I arrive which left a funky smell. After I started the bathtub, I noticed standing water which indicated that the drain was clogged. Broken and stained furniture in the room as well as stained bedding and stained linens/towels. Not to mention that the check in staff member is in a computer screen. You don’t have an actual staff member assisting you in-person which adds to the frustration and confusion of checking in and out
