The experience was completely disappointing. The facilities were in very poor condition: the room floor was dirty and the bathtub was extremely slippery, which is a real safety hazard for guests.
But the most frustrating part has been the security deposit. At check-out they verbally assured me it would be returned immediately, and 3 days have passed with no refund. No communication, no explanation whatsoever.
I do not recommend this hotel. They charge a deposit they don’t return, and the conditions of the accommodation don’t justify the price or the trust placed in them. I will wait a few more days before proceeding with a formal dispute.

It was not a good night; the bed, blankets, and pillow were dirty and smelled foul. I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness.
The location was perfect, good staff.
The laundry room was horrible the pool did not work and was closed.
The hotel was a dump. No batteries in the remote. Smelled funny.

Front desk tried to give me another room stating the room booked wasn't ready which was a queen studio to a double bed,at booking showed a few available and ready which some light switches didn't work properly and still waiting for the deposit return
Room appeared clean but the fridge and microwave were unplugged, old, and super gross. Floor felt cakey and hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped for quite some time. Apart from that, they are baiting and switching people by charging more than the reservation is for and providing no alternative but to pay.

The staff called my room cause they assumed my family who was visiting our room was there to party and my mother just passed they called my room when clearly there where men all thru the property that had clear prostititutes going to there rooms
The pancakes they had for breakfast
No elevator, no help with bags, food area dirty, drinks and food all over and trash cans were so nasty I couldn't let my kids go throw stuff away. Showers were feeling like you were going to fall through it. Could hear every loud person in each room. We got no sleep and no comfort.

Air didn’t work in room. Shower rod barely holding into wall. Marijuana and smoking in and outside of building. Pool was not in order even though advertised it was. No elevator
