Had no soap n bathroom stuff ...once I got them I tool a bath n the hand bar came out in the tub n I fell bruised my arm... I did tell management but feel he didn't really care. Would not be back and word of mouth is very positive or negative

EVERYTHING!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS PLACE THE MANAGER IS EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME THE COOK FOR THE BREAKFAST IS WONDERFUL THE FACILITIES ARE SO CLEAN SO COMFORTABLE SO NICE THEY WERE SO ACCOMMODATING FOR MY EARLY CHECK-INS TO MY LATE CHECK OUT THIS IS MY FAVORITE BY FAR HOTEL TO STAY IN WHILE IN KNOXVILLE I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK
