Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The proximity to the train station was why we picked this hotel. It is so close to transport to explore Osaka and Kyoto. We had a fantastic view of Osaka from the 21st floor. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly. Super comfy beds.

Cons:

There could have been more washing machines and dryers. There was a long wait to use them even very early and late in the day

Great hotel with a view and a good value for a high quality hotel close to a train station
Pros:

The room was a good size and very comfortable. I just wish the couch were a little bigger so we could all sit on it. Great location close (5 min walk) to the train station. Onsen was very clean and nice, but a little crowded as there was a time when all the shower stalls were occupied. Staff was very friendly and noted that they knew it was my second visit which was a nice surprise. Great value and I would stay there a 3rd time if I'm back in Osaka!

Cons:

Wish that there were bigger laundering facilities. I couldn't use it because it was always busy.

Pros:

房間夠大一切都很好，除了距離新幹線車站有點遠，大約要走10分鐘，因為新大阪站有些複雜又很大。

Cons:

可見到鐵軌，有一點點火車聲，但沒注意聽就沒感覺。

I wouldn’t do it again
Pros:

Access to Tokyo.

Cons:

Way too big. Not personal atmosphere. Too many people. Feels like a business hotel with a lot of families in it. No style. Room was ok. Tattoos not allowed in Spa. A bit radical for a otherwise crazy mixed culture hotel.

特にないです。
強いて言うとになりますが、シャワーの水圧がもう少し強い方が好みです。
