Pros:

The location near the train station was the prime reason for booking the hotel as we arrived by Shinkansen from Odawara. We had stayed at the same hotel in Tokyo and already knew that the service and facilities were going to be great.

Un hotel confortable et pratique
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. La salle de bain est impeccable et la literie très confortable. A quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Shin Osaka. En marchant au nord on trouve de supers izakayas locales.

Cons:

Le bain des femmes n'était pas chaud. Et ce tous les soirs où j'y suis allée (4 fois). C'est dommage car j'avais réservé l'hôtel spécialement pour profiter des bains chauds. Nous avions demandé plusieurs mois à l'avance une chambre avec la fenêtre faisant face au lit. Nous avons eu l'inverse.

Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect spot, we travelled from Narita airport and we went straight to Osaka ,so this hotel was the best option, near the train station,like 5/10 min walk, easy to come and go ,take train and move around Osaka or different places. The staff was super friendly and helpful ,even with my little Japanese , we could understand each other, as well the check-in and check out is super easy 👌 There is a Lawson nearby and some nice restaurants.
Definitely happy with our stay and when we back we will choose the same hotel 😉
