Amazing property located near major JR line
Pros:

We had a superb 6-night stay at the karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Our room was on the 22nd floor, offering stunning, scenic city views that the whole family loved waking up to. We chose a room with two double beds, which was incredibly comfortable and extra spacious—something we really appreciated traveling with children. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay seamless.

​The location is a major highlight. It's just a short 6 to 8-minute walk to the station, making it incredibly easy to hop onto either the metro subway lines or the JR lines to explore all the major sightseeing attractions around Osaka. Overall, it was a fantastic property, and we had a great experience staying here. Highly recommended for families!

Doskonale miejsce na pobyt w Osace.
Pros:

Komfortowy pokój z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Blisko metro i kolej. Wygodne łóżko, świetne, różnorodne śniadania. Korzystaliśmy też z przechowania bagażu. Fantastyczny personel. Ogromne podziękowania za pomoc w odzyskaniu i zorganizowanie wysyłki pozostawionej przez nas golarki.

マナーの悪い外人だらけ
Pros:

新大阪駅に近い点

Cons:

・おとなの外人らが共同浴場で騒いでいた点(宿泊者の民度が高く無い点)
・洗い場にスマホが置いてあって、内線でスタッフを呼び、着替え場に来たのでスマホの場所を伝えると言ったところ「それはあとで確認する」と言って、水飲みコップを交換し始めた。盗撮につながるといけないので早く対応して欲しいと言ったら渋々対応された。いろいろ驚いた。二度と宿泊しない。

大阪旅行の良い思い出になりました
Pros:

部屋は綺麗で水周りも清潔でした。新大阪駅から多少歩きますので、雨の際は不便を感じるかもしれません。しかし部屋の綺麗さ、スタッフの方達の丁寧な対応もあり価格が高いとかは全く思いませんでした。
新大阪駅の新幹線口からホテルまでの案内が写真付きでホームページにあるのもありがたかったです。朝食なしのプランを予約しましたが、最終日だけ朝食つきにしてもらいました。前日の申し出にも快くご対応していただき、大変美味しい朝食を食べられました。
