I WON'T STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL AGAIN, IF I AM ANYWHERE NEAR HERE.

THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION, WHICH ISN'T THE MOST CONVENIENT TO A MAN ON FOOT MOST OF THE TIME AS I TEND TO BE ONCE I ARRIVE, HAS BEEN SO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE PALE AS TO CAPTURE MY PATRONAGE FOR THE REST OF MY VISTS TO ITS REASONABLE PROXIMITY, AND I MEAN THAT.

Disappointing stay that did not meet expectations
Pros:

The location was convenient and the parking was accessible. Check-in was relatively straightforward.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The property appeared outdated and not well maintained. Cleanliness and overall comfort did not meet expectations, and the experience did not feel worth the cost. I expected a better quality stay and was dissatisfied overall.

It was a scary stay, didn’t feel safe there at all.
Pros:

Outside of building looks like facility is closed, paint peeling everywhere, inside was very outdated, was super hot no air on inside lobby area didn’t smell good.

Cons:

We were woke up at roughly 12:45 am by someone trying to get into our hotel room door. Our deadbolt didn’t work on the door was very scary! Next morning there were 4 police cars parked in front of building, multiple officers walking up and down the halls inside. Told office what happened the night before.

We never got to stay! Horrible customer service.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. When we arrived at 4:30pm we were told our reservation was canceled. We weren’t allowed to check in till 4:00pm so we weren’t late. We didn’t receive any call or email and nothing was communicated the reservation was canceled before we arrived!! This is just unacceptable. There was no rooms in the area available at other hotels. This caused our weekend vacation to be horrible. We will never use booking again.

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

I liked the hardwood floors and that they didn’t have carpet. I hate carpet and worried about what’s in the carpet. So that was one good thing.

Cons:

The bathroom was rough. Needed cleaned again and updated. Looked like they just patched it up. The price was ridiculous for what it was and how it was. Also when I got there I was told I had to pay $50 deposit in cash. I said that’s why you have a card on file. My biggest issue was the room next to us blasted their tv all night long (I wish I was exaggerating) I spoke to the staff the next morning and just asked that if they weren’t checking out or wouldn’t speak to them, if we could change rooms. He said the gentleman is a long time staying client and that he would speak to him about turning the tv down that next night. Well he did not. By 10pm I said something again and even offered to pack my stuff up to move to another room (at this point, I just wanted sleep). Nothing was done or said. You could hear the tv in our room and in the hallway. We were right near the front hallway, close to the front desk. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 but we went out at 6:15 and it wasn’t out yet, not a big deal for us. We just left and ran over to McDonald. But for the amount of money we paid we were told free breakfast. It was just disappointing and upsetting.
