The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the water just sat there. I went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and the person there told me all you have to do is turn the temperature up and I said I’m just asking for a blanket so she said just a minute. also, they deducted $150 from my checking account because they said that they had to have a $50 deposit. Well they took it out 3× first time they added it to the room price second time they took out $50 and the third time they took out $50. When am I getting my money back $150

One star is generous. Do not stay here.

The room was filthy. I found long black hairs throughout the room, including in the shower, and the overall condition made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe that I was not even fully confident my privacy was secure. I cannot prove I was being watched, but I left genuinely questioning it.

I booked two nights but checked out after the first. I went to the front desk before checkout, returned my key, explained the problems, and was offered either another room or a refund. I chose the refund. The employee told me I was “all set” and that the money would be returned within three to five days.

That never happened.

I drove four hours home to Michigan and was not even in the state for the second night, yet they still charged me for both nights. The following day, they sent me a message saying it was time to check out, even though I had already checked out in person. When I called about the missing refund, the employee hung up on me. I then messaged their guest text line and was completely ignored.

So this hotel gave me a filthy room, promised a refund they never issued, charged me for a night after I had checked out, hung up on me, and ignored my written follow-up.

Do not trust this hotel with your money or your comfort.

There was a crack in the tub and little problems throughout the room that seemed to just be quickly patched instead of properly fixed.

The room was not very clean and had a distinct smoke smell. Someone had even hung an air freshener in there to try to mask it. I said something to the front desk but they said it was a non-smoking hotel and assured me no one had smoked in there. My daughter and I pulled down the covers to go to bed the blanket had a big burn hole in it. The bathtub was old and not very clean the toilet was not very clean. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

Where do I start? I tried calling over and over and over to find out definitely about amenities.
The lobby restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. I peed myself! The seasonal outdoor pool was closed. This was for a staycation for myself and my sister who just arrived in town. I'm blown away from my 15 minute experience of hell. The review is going to be awful.
