Pros:

Location is perfect

Cons:

No soap or conditioner in the bath, air conditioner leaking water all over the floor, bathroom door would not close, no coffee at the breakfast bar. Run down facility, the room was not updated, 1970's use. Paint chips, worn out furniture. Won't be going back.

The rooms were extremely dirty and the carpeting was very dirty and the room smelled like wet dog and urine and the smell progressed from the first day to my last day of my day

Terrible place to stay.
Pros:

I didn't like anything except the pictures advertising the hotel.

Cons:

Overall the unpleasant room. The room was not cleaned well. The furniture had scratches on it.

Would never stay here again.
Pros:

We liked the price, location to where we needed to go, and that it was the rare hotel that had two kings beds in a room which fit our needs.

Cons:

The whole entire hotel reeked of pot our entire stay which was disgusting. The room looked like it was never vacuumed. The room was also incredibly humid making the sheets feel wet. We also were approved and paid for a late check out; however within 20 minutes of the regular check out the manager was banging on our door repeatedly and telling us we were supposed to be checked out already and didn’t have a late check out and I had to show the email confirmation and receipt of extra payment which was incredibly annoying given we were using the late check out to have our young children take a nap before leaving and the banging woke them all up. The wifi also rarely worked.

Relaxing & Worry Free Stay At Baymont
Pros:

I stayed at the Baymont West in Indianapolis Indiana for 8 days. Breakfast was hot and great every morning & the staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating & amazing. Housekeeping kept my room clean and fresh towels were supplied every day. I would definitely book with them again. Go enjoy your stay at The Baymont on Eagle view Dr.!

Disappointed in cleanliness. Staff was not very inviting. Better attitude w/ regards to customer service w/b a start to improve
