Pros:

Let’s start off by saying horrible experience due to the ignorance of the cleaning staff and front desk,
I left my room at 10am check out is not until 11am
I arrived back at 1040 and the cleaning person was already in my room at 1030 my belongings were gone but my charger which is a Apple fast charger still remained my soap stolen brand new by the way expressed my frustration due to having outside problems going on alreadyit did not help them brushing off her being in there before check out stated she counted the numbers wrong well
How can you not count called back and spoke with a manger which he sucks as well I told them about the experience told me I was a horrible guest because I explained the reason behind my words stated told them I gave them my room keys back which how is that and my stuff was till in the room not only that I still have both keys my make up carrier broken my soap stolen and my money not replaced or a room to help with THEIR mistake all it takes it accountability on their part get cleaners who can count and front desk who can assist with frustration when it’s their doing!! Beware they will go in your room our covers and clothes were in their laundry room why? My soap taken why and my make up carrier broken make up mixed why…….. I wouldn’t give my money if I was in desperate need and this is a HONEST REVIEW

For the money, this hotel did not hold up for us and our experience.
Pros:

The staff was very polite and kind. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room smelled musty, the outlets for charging did not work, the tv did not work, the area for breakfast was dirty.

Terrible, do not stay here
Pros:

Elevator out of service, smoking in a room and it made its way to my room, and my family is allergic to that. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at front desk on phone.

A Comfortable Stay
Pros:

I was very comfortable. The hotel and room looked well maintained. I appreciated that there was no carpet in the room to absorb odors and fluids. I would definitely stay again.

This room served it's purpose that i needed somehere to lay my head for the night.

Cons:

Room & bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly; hair left behind on bathroom floor and shower from previous occupants, sink drain was broken, toilet seat not bolted to seat properly which made it uncomfortable to use. Dried up vomit on wall and floor behind bed nearest to the HVAC unit/room window. That's disgusting.

Nice stop and stay on a long road trip
Pros:

We checked in pretty late and I was given a room with single bed on 1st floor. I requested Bobby to give me a room on 2nd floor and he quickly obliged and was able to upgrade my stay to a suite on 2nd floor. Thanks Bobby for that.

I checked with Nick next about the breakfast and whether I could take it to my room as my wife was working and could not come down for breakfast and he again said that it is fine.

The room was very impressive too. It was very clean and the bed was good as well. Overall a wonderful stay. I believe more people should try out this hotel.

One area of improvement is to have a working water fountain with drinkable water. Also, make sure that the vending machine has all the items. Water was sold out in vending machine.
