Personnel super sympa et serviables, petits-déjeuners délicieux et copieux. Emplacement de l'hôtel très pratique, pas loin des boutiques, du port, des restaurants ; je recommande à 100% !
J'ai choisi une chambre en étage supérieur et j'ai fait une demande pour avoir la vue sur la Sky Tower, mais nous ne l'avons pas eue, je sais que c'est étudié selon la dispo des chambres mais j'ai l'impression que ma demande n'a pas vraiment été prise en compte car à la réception le personnel ne nous a pas informé que notre demande ne pouvait pas être satisfaite. Nous aurions aimé avoir cette info avant de monter dans la chambre et nous en rendre compte.

Bed was super comfortable
The room was very spacious, great views of downtown Auckland, and the bed was easily a highlight - very comfy! This was a lovely staycation location, and great for anyone who wants to stay in the Auckland CBD.
The staff felt very undertrained, a lot of them couldn't answer questions or weren't easy to talk to. One person at the check-in/check-out counter wasn't equipped to check us out of our room and asked us to line up at the other, longer line in order to check out while she sat there with no one to help. The managers knew what to do but all their staff felt like they had just been hired that morning, which I found very surprising for an IHG hotel. There was also a fire alarm that forced us to walk down 10 flights of stairs (I had a toddler), which I understand wasn't the hotel's fault, but they didn't address the issue at all and when I asked what had happened no one was willing to talk to us about it. I know the staff were doing their best but the communication, even after the event, was subpar for such a big issue. We didn't receive any apologies, or offers to rectify the situation, and my son was understandably upset at being taken out of bed and woken up randomly at 10pm.
