Comfy and central location with a great city view
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable; it's got all the facilities that we needed. We enjoyed the central location, I came with a car and it was easy to get to designated car park even in central city. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety to choose from.

Cons:

The plugs/charge output are bit dated - would be great if there's USC charging outlets. Also, a separate shower cube would be preferred than a bath tub/shower combination.

Pros:

The gym was modern and qell equipped. FOC early check in was very convenient and Joy (who checked us in) was very helpful and efficient. She had a very pleasant manner. Buffet breakfast had an awesome selection. The breakfast staff were very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

The water at breakfast tasted funny.... like it was over-chlorinated.

Pros:

Great staff, super helpful and willing t go out of their way to make our stay amazing. The food at the restaurant was great, breakfast was very fresh and has lots of options. We are members of and felt really valued as customer right from the start.

Pros:

Easy access to our restaurant booking. Great to have parking at the Atrium next door. The lift system was great, no over crowding or long waits. Close to all amenities, train station, Elliott St Eatery, Casino, Supermarket and easy walk to Downtown Viaduct.

Cons:

A wine glass was not clean. Would have been nice to have some bottled water in the fridge.
