The softness of the bed
The food
Very clean and comfortable with superb location. Good value for money.
Bathroom tub, shower curtain was to close. Most places have gotten rid of the tub and gone to just a shower with glass doors. The toilet valve didn’t always work.

Beautiful comfy beds and room, easy walk to Queen street,Sky tower and bus stop, excellent service, included breakfast was excellent, room service great, music outside with lights added that extra special feel to the place on arrival , parking was nice and close for our visitors

It’s was a great stay, we were able to check in earlier without having to pay anything which was a bonus, staff were great when attending to our needs, we had decided last minute to stay one more night which was very easy to book and for staff to allocate the same room for us, we also were accidentally charged for parking which the manager sorted for us and refunding our payment that was taken, all round a brilliant stay, the room and view were great, staff were prompted with all request, we will be making this our new hotel spot every Auckland trip.
The staff were very polite and the buffet breakfast was amazing!
