Ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit einer tollen Lage.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß und sauber.
Das Frühstück ist super lecker und hat eine große Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Service, conversation at the lobby bar by Alex the bartender made the hotel stay memorable.

AMAZING BED. Best location with a lovely view
Pros:

The softest bed I’ve ever slept in. It felt incredible. Customer service was superb, made my first DC trip so much better! The room was beautiful, very clean, and has a nice touch with the interior design that I love. I was able to check in with no charge because there were rooms available. Everything else was perfect. Walking distance to everything. So many nice restaurants around, and the view next to the Treasury building was the cherry on top.

Pros:

The room was fantastic and the beds were so comfortable. Love the location. The rooftop Vue was amazing. Alex at the bar was so kind and excellent service to all of us! We loved our stay and will definitely be back despite restaurant issue, we really liked the hotel.

Cons:

The Fireclay staff and service were below par for this hotel. Alex at the bar was so kind and excellent service, but other than him staff attentiveness needs major improvement, lots of wandering and talking and not providing service. For this reason we just chose to eat elsewhere at our favorite places.
