In one sense the location was perfect - right by Genova Brignole railway station, so no taxis needed - although the hotel was a little way from the centre. The room was clean, modern and perfectly adequate, although not the largest hotel room we've stayed in. Breakfast was very nice.
Nothing really. If the menu in the restaurant had been more appealing we would have eaten there, but it wasn't a big deal. We found plenty of places to eat nearby.
We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a view. The room was spacious and the decor was beautiful. Short stay but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maybe the location, it was close to the metro station.
We were assigned a room directly adjacent to an active construction zone within the hotel, despite numerous available rooms being visible on Booking.com throughout our stay. This lack of consideration for guests is highly unprofessional.
A persistent, unpleasant odor from the bathroom drains was noticeable throughout our time in the room, making for a very uncomfortable experience.
The breakfast was disappointing overall, with none of the options being particularly enjoyable or flavorful.
A key reason I selected this hotel was its advertised car parking facility. However, upon arrival, we were repeatedly told the underground parking lot was full — on multiple occasions across different days — despite being able to visually confirm available spaces, as the garage is accessible from within the hotel. This was misleading and frustrating.

Purtroppo per un guasto del aria abbiamo dovuto cambiare la stanza e abbiamo trovato un divano letto non proprio comodo.

Bright and Nicely Decorated Room w/ Great Lighting option for work & relaxing, w/ plenty of clothing storage. A Pad of Paper and a Pencil, perfect! Plush/Soft Towels, Robe & Slippers, Nice selection of Teas & Coffee, Tasty candies by the Bed. and Nice Soaps, Shampoo, Shoe Buffer, etc. Lot's of hot water for the Shower. The Bed & Pillows were extra comfortable for sleeping or watching a favorite Italian Film! Close to the Train Station and Ocean. What else is there? Thank you soooo much I so appreciate everything and everyone!
