Buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

La habitación de muy buen tamaño, tenía hasta una pequeña cocina que sumaba mucho cuando llegabas cansado y queríamos comer ahí, baño cómodo, con el sistema de secado de ropa que amamos ya que nos tocó día de lluvia mal!

Cons:

Buena ubicacion, a 5 cuadras de una estación de tren principal… lo único que las tiendas también están ahí… cerca del hotel ya no hay más nada.

Highly recommend this hotel as you pretty much get what you pay for.
Pros:

We liked this hotel. It was clean and staff were pretty good. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Kyoto station.

Pros:

Room was amazing... spacious and very well equipped. I cooked my own breakfast there. The hotel is walking distance from Kyoto Station but in a quieter neighbourhood. It made it very easy to explore Kyoto. Also hotel staff were kind, efficient. And the hotel itself is designed very elegantly. Highly recommend.

長めの連泊、家族連れなどにはとても良いと思います。静かで安全なエリアです。京都駅からほぼ平坦な道で徒歩圏内です。
Pros:

浴室とトイレが別、ドリンクコーナーがあるパブリックコーナーが24時間利用可、部屋が広い、物干しや浴室乾燥がある、スタッフがフロントにほぼいて安心感がある、設備が新しい、キッチンコーナーがある。

Cons:

清掃が不充分な所がありました。

Su Ubicación era muy buena , y que tenía un cuando en el primer piso para poder comer

Cons:

Fue el único Hotel de Japón que tenía advertencia dentro de la habitación que cuidáramos las pertenecías y dentro de nuestra habitación había otra puerta que eso no me gustó , también el hotel olía a húmedo creo que falta ventilación.

Great value stay in Kyoto close to the Train Station.
Pros:

We were surprised by how spacious the room was after staying in a really small room in Tokyo. The bed was very comfortable for both of us, which is rare. There was a laundry room with 3 washers + 3 dryers which for a hotel with about 20 rooms is more than enough. The bathroom was really nice with a separate area for the bath which was kind of like a small private onsen. You had the option to heat, ventilate and dry the bath area which was really nice. There was a small kitchen area which was really nice (sink + microwave + fridge + heating plate + pan and some plates). The hotel was very close to Kyoto Central Station (5 min by car, about 15-20 minutes walking). There were 3 vending machines quite close to the hotel and a 7/11 about 5-7 minutes walking. They offer up to two hours for late check out (from 11 AM to 1 PM) for 1000 yen/hour. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Cons:

- The AC was dusty and could use some cleaning
- The ventilation/heating system from the bath area also could use some cleaning
- The hallways could be a bit cleaner
