Comfortable and spacious, close to the city and hospital.
Pros:

The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The lounge was also very comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was well equiped and spacious.

Cons:

The second bedroom did not have air conditioning so we didn’t use this room because of it, we booked this property because it had 2 bedrooms but we ended up sharing the one bedroom because of it. The Wifi wasn’t the best, streaming movies was pixelated on and off. This also made working from home difficult due to the slow internet.

Exceeded our expectations, NO more Brisbane Hotels for us!
Pros:

Great location, 15-minute walk to CBD. Very spacious, very quiet and well equipped. Excellent bed in the master bedroom. and very clean. Excellent parking in the basement. We will stay longer next visit, and recommend it to friends.

It’s at the top of a hill so don’t lug up your suitcases like we did! But the views are amazing

Easy overnight stay
Pros:

Within walking distance to the city. Great open outlook from high floor. Easy instructions for key collection and departure. Parking included in the city is an added bonus. Great place for an overnight stay. We didn’t use any of the facilities so really can’t comment on that.

Lovely apartment in central and quiet location

We enjoyed the spacious, clean nature of this apartment and its central location and views on the edge of the beautiful Rima Parklands.

Pros:

Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Having access to two balconies was great as like many apartment blocks, windows are not able to be opened (due to safety regulations). Staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment is a little dated but it is clean, safe and quiet. I've stayed in another apartment block nearby, and Summit is much nicer, cleaner and spacious.

The car park is easy to access but it may take a while to find a space as the green hotel spaces are randomly spread throughout the carpark. Central train station and Brisbane CBD is a 10-15 minute walk away.

I booked via Expedia so the staff did not see my message regarding our arrival time - it might be good to place a message on the Expedia booking confirmation to communicate with Summit directly rather than via Expedia.

My only issue is there is only central ducted air conditioning with no temperature control in the apartment. We prefer a cooler temperature especially at night time but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot or humid during our visit.
