Convenient but not clean.
Pros:

Good location, close to hospital.

Cons:

Not very clean. Bathroom needs a good scrub, main foyer area smells like there is a dead animal coated in deodoriser.

Clean, comfortable and great location
Pros:

Very short walk to St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital. Apartments are old but are clean. The apartment we stayed in this time was not as dated as some previously booked.

Good but make sure you chose your room carefully
Pros:

The apartments are in a convenient location and walkable to the CBD, Roma Street and Central stations. I also walked from here to Southbank in around 25 minutes. The reception staff were very friendly and it was easy to check-in and get settled. This was one of the few properties we viewed in Brisbane that had parking - we really appreciated this. Good security at the property.

Cons:

Our room faced on to Leichhardt Street which was noisy during daylight and minimally less overnight. The sliding door to the balcony had a gap at the top unless you really pushed it shut very hard which didn't help with the noise situation.
On departure I asked about the cost of the rooms facing away from Leichhardt Street and was told they were the same price! I was a rather annoyed we had not been placed in one of those larger and quieter rooms instead of the smallest room on Level 3 facing a busy street.

Would stay here again without any hesitation.
Pros:

Staff amazing.The appartment was extremely comfortable.The bed was the best i have ever slept on.They even let me leave my car in their parking area after i checked out and while i was waiting for my husband to be discharged from the hospital.They was so helpful and way above the normal customer service.I was so grateful for this as i am from out of town and had been struggling to find parking close to the hospital.I would highly reconmend staying here you wont be dissappointed.

Cons:

The cost of room a little high especially when on age pension.But the closeness to hospital out wayed the cost.

Staff amazing, room very clean
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean.

Cons:

It was older than photos indicated. Shower was over a bathtub - photo on bookings.com is a walk in shower. I felt this was deceptive and if person staying was older, larger or had a disability they would struggle to get in and out.
