Super clean place with an authentic artsy vibe!
Pros:

Great location and great vibe. All staff appeared to be working very hard to make sure the place was kept up, yet also had a very cool and chill attitude. This was matched by most of the guests we encountered, who seemed very chill and were visibly enjoying their stay. Public areas were inviting and the exterior courtyard was delightful. Breakfast options, while limited on the proteins, were fresh, tasty, and well organized. The area felt safe to walk to even with the kids in tow after 10 PM.

Cons:

The sound insulation between the rooms could be improved, although understandably that's a difficult task in an existing building.

Great location, good hotel overall

The south wing of the hotel feels like a dungeon, a little creepy 😬
Biggest flaw of this hotel is the bathroom, lack of fan and the door. It is something that should be a pocket door, but it’s just a panel hanging on the wall that slides left and right with huge gups between the panel and the wall leaving you with no privacy at all.
Not a full breakfast , just an upgraded continental and restaurant is always closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Unexpectedly unheated
Pros:

Second time staying here. Very spacious and close to Harvard

Cons:

Freezing to death and no heat provided. Property has a few space heaters that you have to call to get. The fact that I had to put a space heater on a table and load up on blankets to bear thru the night was something else….

The ease of this hotel location and the artistic and friendly vibes made it possible to truly enjoy our vacation.
Pros:

We loved staying here. Inviting environment, tons to see and do, a helpful staff and an amazing location with on site parking that was free and convenient. What a difference that made in my life!

Exactly what we were looking for.
Pros:

The location was good if you rent a car and need to get around like that. In order to sightsee we took an Uber to the city centre and back as public transport would have taken too long and parking facilities are very expensive in Boston. The staff were helpful with problem solving and information.

Nothing really.
