We had a wonderful stay as part of a trip to the Boston area for the World Cup. The facilities and location of the hotel were ideal for us as a family to explore Harvard and the surrounding areas and relax before spending time downtown. The reception staff were excellent, and very patient with all of my questions about the area and helping us navigate our stay.
Would add that the pool table, table tennis, terrace area and the painting were all perfect to keep our kids occupied during the stay.
The room was nice clean and comfortable.The stuff was very nice and helpful. When we had a problem Reginald from the reception did his best to help us.Aftet we got to know the hotel and the stuff we were happy to book there our last night before the flight.
