Mostly good! The fumes soured it for me. But overall would try staying again!
Pros:

Room was super comfortable. The staff were all great. Shower had great water pressure and consistent heat. Noise machines in the room were nice.

Cons:

Not their fault, but they were painting the floors in front of the elevators the first few days-all day and night-and one day the fumes were very intense. Took a really long time to get drinks at the bar but the bartender blamed the fumes-so i get it. Like almost 20 minutes for one beer and we were just grabbing it before we had to leave. Also barn doors and frosted glass said barn door in the bathrooms. When will this trend be over? Zero privacy.

Good for a night to see a show in Boston- but like all Boston hotels on the expensive side :( but a decent value for the

Really cute, nice outdoor area. Location is good.
Clean and comfy bed. Nice staff. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Would be better with a set up restaurant and bar- felt like it wasn’t functioning. Drink machines weren’t operating.

Will definitely stay here in my next trip. Though the small issues mentioned above are not show stoppers as the hotel is

Neat and clean, well maintained, spacious.
Star mart is just stone throw away.
24x7 coffee, tea, water - still and sparkling available free

Cons:

South side rooms are not accessible using elevators at the lobby. So if you land up with heavy luggage at the lobby, you will have to carry them down the stairs about 10 steps which could be a challenge. However there is an elevator to the South block from the parking lot at the back but one will not know until you check in and made AWARE OF IT.
The washing machine at the laundry are old and outdated. Need to equip with new ones with digital display and timings that can be connected to an App so we don’t need to keep visiting the laundry to check.

Arts feeling but noisy room.
Pros:

Room was clean. Well equipped. I like to artist theme despite we could not find many art outside the lobby. Car park under the hotel.

Cons:

We arrived around 2pm, room was available but surprised that we were asked to pay for an early fee if we want to get the room. Beside at night, we could hear people talking in the room next to ours.
