Nice hotel, decent price, convenient location
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower/tub had a good shower head. Fridge in the room is a nice touch. The microwave wasn't working but the manager came right down and took care of it. Breakfast is a good mix of cereal and pastries.

Cons:

The pillows were small squares that are very firm. Might be regular pillows smashed down into squares. There was only a single bar of soap in the room. I had a smoking room and there was no ashtray, but I was able to get one without issue.

Pros:

Check out associate and other staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Your associate at check in could use a lot more customer service training. Room was not ready at check in time. Asked him if we would be compensated for the inconvenience to which he stated "you can just leave". If we had more time we would have looked for somewhere else to go. Water pressure was low. Other than that everything else was fine.

Didn't have hot water. How could you have a hotel and you charge somebody almost $90 a night and they don't have no hot water and it was mean and rude ASE Maat has spoken ASE
