The breakfast area the rooms were clean and good amenities like tea and coffee.
The bar down was nice with live music daily and the apples on the reception
1- i have paid for booking the whole fees. And once we arrived they charged my card instead of booking so i was charged twicr then i came and they said they were sorry i will get refunded then apprently i got refunded twice also without knowing and while i was out my card was recharged again.. It was a mess and all this without me being informed. PLUS therr is a 50 euros deposit per night per room which was 400 for us and also this was charged twice they said it is a system issur and happening a LOT. And i was refunded BUT none of the refunds seem. To appear in my acocunt yet and now i havr to go and sign papers.
What if i didnt have enough money i was charged extra 3000 euros...

2-my son had a small urinary incident at night. The sheets were kept and done without Changing them also it was obvious they were wet

Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο όσον αφορά τα βρώσιμα προϊόντα και τους χυμούς. Ο καφές θέλει πολύ βελτίωση τόσο ο Γαλλικός όσο και ο espresso.
Ο καφές θα μπορούσε να ήταν πολύ καλύτερος. Θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία από ξηρά φρούτα (π.χ. Δαμάσκηνα, σύκα, πομέλο κλπ).
