A warmer welcome would have improved our experience at this quirky hotel
Pros:

After a long drive, The valet parking attendant was friendly, quick and efficient.

The location is excellent. A short walk to the restaurants and clubs on Beale Street. Not very far to drive to the other sights in Memphis.
The hotel itself, however, had fun and a quirky vibe. In the communal/ reception area, we enjoyed the pinball machines, games and record player, which gave the property a unique character. The room was also quirky and the bed was very comfortable, which meant a good night's sleep.

Overall, the hotel has plenty of personality and some great features, but a warmer welcome from the reception team would have improved our experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately the reception staff were not as friendly or helpful as we had hoped, which was a disappointing first impression.

The cool decor and vibes, the bar the location

Cons:

There were people partying on the street until 3 am which kept waking me up, I was on the 6th floor. I should have called down to the lobby and had them make them leave but didn't think of that until the next day.

Pros:

I wasnt able to visit the Moxy Memphis because of car failure, but they still charged me for one night and so did Booking.com and I was supposed to attend a friend's funeral! There was no sympathy from either company and it created a hardship for me, but noone cared! I still havent gotten any refunds even though I gave them advance notice of the car breakdown! 😔 Who can help me get this resolved in my favor?
