The staff were incredible, the hotel was amazing super comfortable and cute, free drink tokens were a lovely touch just overall a great stay and would 100% book again. Also a good location close to everything!

Right from check in I knew this was going to be a different hotel experience. Check in went fine once the bartender/hotel working made their way over to check my in. No issues, the room was ready, they gave us 2 keys, directions to the room, and told us where the stash closet was on our floor. Yes all the albums you see in the common area have the actual vinyl record in them. The Pinball machines in the lobby can be tough to get on at times, nice feature even though I didn't use them. There is also a shuffle board table next to the bar as well. You will need your key to get into the lobby restrooms.
Rooms are small, no ice buckets, no mini fridge, no dressers, one tiny fold table and chair along with another chair, so nowhere to set bags that they aren't in the way. I will say this the AC in our room (206) was great!! The shower had good pressure and got hot.
Parking is all valet, $32/night, no claim ticket, everything is done through an app you have to download. Uber pick up is right out front where you came into the hotel. Be patient with card reader and door lock on the Main St. entrance, wait for the big click to unlock the door then pull. They do a good job of keeping the homeless away from the Main St. entrance. All and all I'd stay here again if need be.

Room small, no closet or drawers, just hanging hooks. More disappointed, sink didnt drain properly, mattress cover had stains. Small folding table, not big enough room for 2 people to eat. Not a good Marriott Envoy hotel, needs work

Location was great, walkable to all main attractions and Beale Street - got to see the peabody ducks too which was amazing¬ Great vibes in the hotel, guy at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful (cant remember his name sorry!!)
