Very happy with our accommodation and free happy hour drinks and breakfast
Pros:

Value for money was great. Our room also had a separate lounge which we didn’t expect.
The free happy hour drinks and breakfast were also an added bonus.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Location of the hotel was perfect

Cons:

The room was small, the bathroom had no counters.
The breakfast I was looking forward to was COLD. waffles were just egos. NOT HAPPY

Great Place to Stay in Chicago
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great. The staff is incredible. The people that work breakfast do an excellent job, so courteous and helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Pros:

We find the location very convenient. The staff does a great job with the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

At times the elevator system gets a bit overwhelmed and you can find yourself waiting a long while for the crowd to clear. It would be nice to have more than just half & half for the coffee.

Séjour parfait
Pros:

Hotel tres bien situé qui permet de visiter tout le centre de Chicago a pieds. A 10 min a pieds de la rivière. Nous étions 4 dans une suite : deux grands lits simples et un grand canapé lit pour deux dans deux pieces différentes. Petit déjeuner varié et bon tous les matins : nous n avons pas eu de queue mais nous le prenions entre 6h30 et 7h45. Tres grande piscine vide, parfaite pour faire des longueurs avec eau assez chaude. Wifi ok parfait pour travailler. Machine à café. Température ok dans la chambre. Une machine a laver et un seche linge a disposition au 11eme etage qui rendent bien service.

Cons:

Chambre un peu sombre qui donnait sur le parking. Pas de brosse pour les toilettes. Nous etions au 4eme et les odeurs de canabis du rdc remontaient un peu.

It was fine, I would stay somewhere else or a different Embassy in the future
Pros:

I loved the people working, they were excellent at their jobs. They were polite and quick. The view was nice.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The sheets and pillow cases had holes in them. The room had a slight smell and the shower wasn’t cleaned well. Overall not what I expected of the Embassy suites.

They don't accept cash, watch out for miss information

The location was great, in Downtown is perfect for tourism

Cons:

Booking website said it was possible to pay in cash, information that I have confirmed upon arrival, for my surprise when I was going to pay on check out they informed that they did not accept money (cash) even if their own personnel said it was possible in the check-in. Horrible experience
