I love the location, staff were nice. Breakfast was great! We had a great time in Chicago.
Pros:

The location is perfect. It is situated in the heart of the city, plus the Holy Name Cathedral is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is walkable to most of city's attractions. Staff were very prompt for their service. Hotel was clean. I love the warm welcome from the tv screen. It was a very sweet gesture showing how they value their guests. We love the breakfast and night reception.

Cons:

The barn door in the bathroom could be smoother to open and close. Could have a better water barrier when showering. Need to put lots of towels on the floor to avoid being flooded while showering.

Lage top, aber man könnte mehr draus machen

Die Lage ist der Hit.
Das Frühstück von der Auswahl her top, die Omelettes sehr lecker, aber die Organisation schrecklich.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und groß.
Es war sauber, allerdings ist eine Reinigungskraft zu wenig, deshalb brauchte sie bei uns auch nachmittags nicht mehr reinigen. Auch hier das Organisieren des Hotels ganz schlecht. Das Personal gab sein Bestes!

Cons:

Es war zur Strasse hin schrecklich laut, das ließ sich nur durch andere Fenster vermeiden. Wir haben 3 Nöchte fast kein Auge zu gemacht.
Die Organisation des Hotels ist insgesamt sehr schlecht. Obwohl an der Rezeption niemand sonst war außer mir, bekommt das Hotel bis heute nicht hin mir eine Rechnung zu schicken und den richtigen Preis abzurechnen. Da finde ich sehr ärgerlich. Etwas altbackend.
Das WLAN funktioniert so gut wie gar nicht und das Restaurant was angrenzend ist, hat eine ganz schlechte Auswahl. Das Personal dort geht gar nicht.
Also sehr schade, man könnte mehr draus machen.

Convenient hotel in downtown Chicago
Pros:

Great central location, walkable or short rideshare trip to most attractions. Very spacious room and totally clean. Included breakfast was great with plenty of options. Staff were very polite at checkin and checkout. The welcome drinks were a nice surprise.

Cons:

The internal atrium layout, fixtures and colour scheme was a bit strange looking - i couldn't decide if it was reminding me of a cruise ship or a high-rise jail. The elevators although there were 4 of them were very slow and we spent a lot of time waiting for them. Took the stairs a couple of times when we just couldn't afford to wait. Breakfast was good, but ended promptly at 9:30am on the 2 weekday mornings we were there which was hard to wake my kids up and get down there and fight the crowds in time for. I missed getting oatmeal both mornings because the container had already been removed well before the 9:30 cutoff time.

Estancia en buena zona en chicago
Pros:

Me gusto que la habitacion es amplia para 2 personas, la limpieza es buena, y el desayuno tambien, dan omellete + el buffer americano. Cumplio con la expectativa que traiamos. Esta en buena zona de chicago.

Cons:

Muchas personas, tal vez por la temporada de verano que fuimos, y tampoco nos permitieron ingresar antes de las 4 pm al hotel. Se escucha la calle, por lo que no lo recomendaria si es plan es 100% descanso por el ruido.

Cons:

Hotel seems run down. Pool was not warm and pool ceiling was covered in water stains - really gross.
Buffet breakfast was ice cold.
Cost an absolute fortune for a very basic room

excelente ubicación, amplio, el snack gratis entre 5 y 7 de la tarde me pareció perfecto!!
Pros:

bastante concurrido, pero tenia de todo, podías repetirte pedir tu propio omelette, el cafe y los jugos muy bueno.

During my stay, housekeeping didn't clean my room on of my nights, so I had to go get new towels. Otherwise, no issues
