It was nice but not worth the money.
Pros:

All the conveniences of home plus great location to sightsee from!
Pros:

Convenient location to downtown and bus. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

AC doesn’t evenly cool the room, so people using the pullout bed are in a much warmer area than those in the bedroom.

Customer service could be better.
Pros:

breakfast is just ok.

Cons:

Room is outdated. Bathroom door meds fixing. Toilet bowl smells. Not enough towels. Front desk does not answer phone.

This is a place to always count on while traveling
Pros:

Excellent in every way. Embassy Suites will always be my go to, first choice when traveling with grandkids just to be able to give everyone some space while always feeling safe and at home. Evening reception and breakfast are both looked forward to.

Cons:

I love Embassy suites. Wish parking was a tad more reasonable.

Breakfast was awesome and location of hotel is good

Cons:

The representative at the front desk assured me that toilet paper and facial tissues would be delivered to my room, however, neither item was ever delivered.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The Location, easy check-in and checkout

Cons:

Thin walls our neighbors complain about our music that we played at a respectful volume and did not play late nights. I have been to hotels that have quiet hours at a certain time of the night maybe this would be something the hotel can incorporate

The area where the hotel was located.

Cons:

The cleaning staff wasn't up to standard. I know it hard to find help. My family some of their rooms wasn't in good conditions the light fixture was missing. That wasn't the cleaning staff fault it was Embassy suites fault.

Pros:

Location was very close to the river cruise pier. Front desk staff and hotel parking staff were very friendly. They had a huge breakfast spread. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

Cons:

As it's a huge hotel it was very busy with long queues at elevator and at breakfast.
