Pros:

Chambre spacieuse. Bel hôtel. Piscine pas trop froide. Apéritif à 17 h, dans la mezzanine élégante. Petit déjeuner varié.
Bien situé. Depuis la chambre, jolie vue sur un bâtiment ancien. Calme et très propre.
Comptez 1 h 30 de l'aéroport en métro.

Cons:

Piscine non surveillée donc bruyante, les enfants jouent au ballon. Peu de snacks à l’aperitif. Nous avons eu une panne totale d’eau sur une soirée et une nuit : même pas une bouteille d’eau.
L'hôtel prélève sur la caution des frais touristiques sans prévenir.

Cons:

Safe and phone were working properly. Safe was fixed when I requested. As I had to plug lamps and phone in as all unplugged, when I moved the locker out to get at the sockets it was very dirty behind the lockers

Pros:

This hotel is my fav. when visiting Chicago. Always clean and staff is super nice, inviting and accommodating to requests. The hotel is right in the middle of everything and close to the subway system, felt safe during my stays.

Cons:

Prices heavily fluctuate depending on demand. Had a big jump in cost for a popular concert date vs. regular times, even when the reservation was made 8 months in advance. They should also extend breakfast hours, it ends too early even if it is included in the reservation.

Cons:

El check-in era 16hs. Llegamos 13hs y nos informaron que la hab estaba disponible pero me querían cobrar un cargo extra de 60USD. Le dije que preferia esperar, quise usar wifi en el hall y como no estaba registrado no me dieron acceso. Luego me ofreció ingrese a las 14 hs sin abonar extra. Me sentí incómodo con este manejo estando la habitación disponible.
Mi hija y su pareja se quedaron en la habitación a la mañana y les abrieron la puerta! Eran las 8.30 y el checkout era a las 11hs... reservamos habitación para 6 personas, tuve que solicitar almohadas extra ya que no alcanzaban y lo mismo con los sobres de café, había solo 2 y eramos 6! Al solicitarlo en desk me entregaron sin problema más almohadas y sobres de café.
