Cleanliness
8.6
Multiple guests commented the rooms were clean and comfortable; a minority reported stains/hair in one stay, so generally very good but not perfect.
Service
9.4
Consistently praised front-desk and staff as friendly, helpful and professional; several guests said they'd return just for the staff.
Location
9.2
Repeatedly noted as excellent — very close to Shinbashi station with many nearby restaurants and conveniences.
Room Quality
6.8
Many guests described rooms as very small/tiny and sometimes cramped for two; otherwise generally clean but size is a clear negative.
Amenities
8.1
Basic amenities appreciated (tea, clean basics); some minor shortcomings noted (few hangers, microwave signage missing, bedside reading light absent).
Value for Money
8
Several guests called it a great deal for the location and price, though a few found pricing variable or only average value.
Food and Beverage
8.3
No substantial hotel F&B feedback; small in-room beverage amenities (tea) mentioned — assigned target rating due to limited direct comments.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive impressions driven by staff and location; some detractors due to room size and occasional cleanliness issues.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:
