もう二度と使えない（使いたくない、のではなく）
Pros:

スタッフの谷川様は本当に素晴らしいホテルマンでした‼　感謝しています。どんな時にもイヤな顔せずに対応してくださったのは『接客業の鑑＜カガミ＞」だと評価しても良いと思います。谷川様、ありがとうございます。

Cons:

私のパソコンが部屋でインターネットと接続できなかった。現在のホテルとしてインターネットに接続できないのはホテルとして利用できないとしか、言いようがない。ホテルのフロントではWi-Fiでつながるのだが、部屋でつながらないのは使えないとしか言いようがない。勿論こんなのは私だけだと思うが、どうしようもない。

場所は良いけど清掃されなかった事、清潔感イマイチ。
Pros:

新橋の駅から近く便利。

Cons:

2泊で利用、外出から部屋に帰ると清掃されてなくフロントに確認したら、清掃を依頼（札掛けでこちらから依頼）しないとされないルール、張り紙に書いてあります！と言われても、そんなローカルルールは初めてでした。店員に言いましたが、私もそう思う！と。それならルール変えてくれ！
枕は匂いあり、シャワーのフックは固定ビスが緩んでてグラグラ（804号室）、清潔感もイマイチと感じてしまいました。

Pros:

フロントスタッフの方の対応が、スマートでした。

Cons:

荷物を預けて…からのチェックインでした。西陽が入って、凄く暑かったので、エアコンをつけておいていただける…こまやかなサービスがあるとより良かったです。
