Beautiful hotel. The rooms were large and clean. Ideal location next to dining and shopping. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Visited my in laws when they were staying here—they’ve stayed here most than once and been very happy with it so they invited us to eat breakfast with them in the restaurant. Our server with Sharon and she was friendly, very quick to respond and make sure all our dietary things were dealt with properly. Very charming and excellent service!!!

My family absolutely loves staying at Archer! The location is perfect, with so much great shopping just steps away. Every team member we encountered was incredibly personable and truly went out of their way to make us feel special. It’s that level of service that keeps us coming back—we will always choose Archer whenever we visit Austin!
My stay at Archer Redmond was wonderful. I traveled with my dog, the hotel is beyond dog friendly. There was a little welcome gift for my dog in the room and they provide a dog bed and bowls for you to use during your stay. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had a clean almost spa like smell. The lobby was also kept very clean and had a cozy welcoming vibe. Each day when the room is freshened, you are provided with a small local treat. It’s located in a great area, close to long, beautiful trails that we used every day of our stay. It’s also right in the city center, close to so many different things-food, shopping, etc. It’s a very dog friendly area in general which made the trip with my dog even better. This will be the hotel I stay at for all future visits.

She is an excellent representative of the Archer and the food service they provide to guests, local residents, and businesses. Super friendly and clean place

Breakfast was amazing, exceptional and fantastic service from both Hilary and Sharon.
Regarding the dinner the service was ok, the steak was not bad but I got burned fries two days in a row.
The rooms were nice and clean, thumbs up for the cleaning ladies.
The receptionist was super confused and over charged me for the room. I had to discuss with the reception manager. I still have an incorrect pending charge of over 500$ waiting to be disputed.
Overall experience was good and I would recommend the hotel.
Perfect location for Microsoft employees, close to a mall and nice restaurants. Nice and big room. Useful utilities in the room, with dishes, silvery and glasses, plus daily complimentary expresso coffee. Receptionists are very friendly, provided me an early check-in without cost. I bought some clothes on-line and they never missed any delivery.
I always enjoy coming here on my work travels. It's in the perfect location, staff is friendly and helpful, and the accommodations are amazing. I always sleep well, not to mention the food is affordable and tasty.
