Fabulous 2 week stay
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much for them.
The food in all the restaurants was excellent.
The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day.
The entertainment was amazing.
The swimming pools were fantastic

Cons:

It was very hot weather during our stay and the rooms were very hot.

Le bar, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel, la propreté, la qualité des lits

Cons:

Le centre aquatique est plus adapté aux enfants qu’aux adolescents
Les restaurants étaient déjà complets quand nous sommes arrivés mais la possibilité de réserver des plats et les faire livrer au bar était très pratique.

Pros:

Chambre propre et assez grande. Dommage qu'elle ne soit pas équipée de climatisation, pour le prix payé c'est le minimum... Accès à la piscine : top.

Cons:

Absence de climatisation dans la chambre. C'est le seul point négatif.

The staff and the food

Cons:

Room far too hot, windows would only open an inch. No safe, no fridge and no a/c. Bathroom very dated, with shower curtains that stuck to you, needs walk in showers and baths removed.

Prima naar onze zin gehad!
Pros:

Het is een groot hotel maar alles is prima voor elkaar. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, het is schoon.

Cons:

Hotelkamer vrij klein en erg warm ondanks ventilator.
2 kleine ramen die niet helemaal open konden.
Wifi werkte niet zo goed

Hotel, pool and staff great.. Bed definitely NOT
Pros:

Great pool, with slide, outdoor jacuzzi (although it would’ve nice if this wasn’t on a timer) my daughter particularly enjoyed the Flow Rider and staff/activities at the kids zone and evening mini disco.. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

No AC in room (there was a fan tho).. unfortunately the bed was as hard as rock.. it was too late to complain by the time we realised, but when I mentioned it upon leaving the next morning the staff were apologetic and had we said sooner would have offered a topper.. I explained that tbh people should be able to assume the bed would be comfortable in the first place.. it was seriously the worst bed and worst night sleep I’ve ever had to paid for

Relaxing enjoyable family time.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly approachable and very professional. The entertainment was very good. Very family friendly . Breakfast was great with a varied selection and loved the fresh fruit and food. Not far from bus stops. Short walk into town. Lovely park across the road.

Cons:

Dinner options more limited. Pool closed bit to early. Better fans in room would have been beneficial.
