I felt like royalty in the residence
Pros:

We found our room quickly , found a great parking spot

Cons:

It was clean beautifully decorated it was full but we could not tell because the walls were made very sound proof

I probably wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Biggest complaint was room smelled like weed. As soon as we went in and smelled it I asked for a room change. I was told bo because they were full and they wouldn’t have time to clean our room again. We literally walked into our room. We had a baby and allergies. It is a no smoking facility. So no offer to check to see if the people around us were smoking.

Could be better, could be worse
Pros:

This was the type of space and layout we wanted for our weekend family trip. Unfortunately it smelled so weird when we came in we left the door open for 30 minutes and the bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The bathroom lighting was super yellow and poorly lit, hard to see to take contacts out.

I could deal with all of this but what upset me most of all is my husband accidentally locked me out of our room and couldn’t hear me knock because he was in the shower. When I went to the front desk to ask for a key, I could understand that she did not want to give me one because I had no ID or phone with me to prove my reservation, but I could not understand why she refused to call my room phone to tell my husband I was locked out. That just felt like poor customer service.

Pros:

Proximity to venue, restaurant, and shopping was great.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean. Very dingy. Room lighting was dim. Rooms seemed dated. There was a white substance on curtains.

We changed rooms 3 times before we had a clean room. First one was dirty. Second one the sprinkler above the bed was leaking and nasty. Finally the third room was clean

Nice place to stay. Clean and spacious. Nice staff.
Pros:

The rooms were clean

Cons:

All the beds were u comfortable especially the let out couch. The walls are thin, I could hear everything in the other rooms. The ppl above us were very loud. Bathroom needs updating. Toilet barely flushes.

Shitty.
Pros:

A room was available.

Cons:

the room had an extremely pungent smell of concentrated cleaning agent. I opened the windows and left for 8 hours hoping it would subside , but it did not. I had to change rooms. I saw and smelled multiple people smoking all around the property , both cigarettes and marijuana. Not exactly a pleasant environment.
The staff was about as alert and attentive as a turd.

Horrible check in experience
Pros:

I had a horrible check in experience with this hotel. Room was not ready for 3.pm (check in time) I had to wait hours to get the room, finally at 4.pm. Agent was totally careless.. felt disturbed when I was checking again and again on the room. He couldn’t care less. Also forgot to tel about the manager reception (hours) so I almost missed that. Everything was gone already by the time I got there. Gym AC was broken, it was 100 F inside. Overall a poor experience, not even close the usual Homewood Suites experience. I would not recommend.
