O hotel era o local do Congresso então foi muito cômodo hospedar-se lá. Café da manha excelente. Atendimento geral muito bom. Almoço tipo buffet com muitas opções. Apartamento confortável.

I had an excellent stay at the InterContinental São Paulo and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The highlight of my stay was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the hotel check-in process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Dinner, however, didn't quite meet the same standard. While it was enjoyable, it wasn't nearly as memorable as the breakfast experience.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. While everything was well maintained, the rooms could benefit from a light refresh to give them a more modern feel.

The fitness center was another highlight. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a good workout. My only suggestion is to simplify the gym check-in process. It felt a bit unusual and more complicated than necessary compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

Overall, I had a great experience. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and an outstanding breakfast made this a stay I'd gladly repeat the next time I'm in São Paulo.

Great stay!
Pros:

This hotel provided us a terrific experience. The staff from top to bottom were warm, accommodating and made the stay enjoyable. It was as if they could not go far enough to please us. If you want to be near Paulista Avenue, this is a great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Check in was professional and smooth and we were assigned an upgraded room upon our early arrival. We had set up a tour through Viator so being in a room was a great help. The Lounge area was nice and the young gentleman there earlier was professional. Came back from tour went to our room. Came down to eat and Chelo was very friendly and helpful with us getting our meals. The service was great 👍🏻 with Chelo and his assistant. The food was good and we had few drinks. It was a very long day. We were well taken care of our whole time at the Intercontinental, Sao Paulo. Thank you so much..
