Beste Lage und top Komfort!
Pros:

Das Hotel scheint kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Entsprechend fällt die hochwertige, stimmungsvolle Ausstattung in Zimmer, Speiseraum und Entree ins Auge. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Lage gleich am Zoo ist sehr praktisch, man kommt überall hin und hat sowohl Läden und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe. Das Steak-Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, es sollten 30m2 sein, erschien mir tatsächlich kleiner als in den Fotos dargestellt. Auch das Bad war sehr klein. Aber Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Betten bequem.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in Berlin. Brilliant location between Zoologischer Garten and Wittenberg Platz with access to s+u bahn. The facilities were clean, well maintained. The gym and the pool were small but functional. Great addition to the stay. Kettle and mini bar/fridge in the room. Soundproof windows. Slippers and bathrobe in the room and helpful staff.

Cons:

I didn't purchase breakfast so can't comment on it. Tea/coffee in the room could be better.

Cons:

Unbearable heat and poor complaint handling

I paid €564.40 for a club-room stay on 9–11 September. The heat disrupted my sleep, and neither maintenance nor a move to another room in the same category resolved it. A fan was eventually provided.

At breakfast, I observed shared pans and utensils being used for bacon and eggs without separation—something guests avoiding pork should check carefully.

Management initially claimed I declined a Junior Suite, then said I had not answered a written offer. I received neither offer, and no supporting evidence was supplied when requested. No refund was offered.

An uncomfortable stay followed by dismissive complaint handling. Poor value; I would not return.

Très bon séjours, calme reposant et petit déjeuner fabuleux

Le petit déjeuner, le confort, le silence

Cons:

Les femmes de ménage nous ont pressé 2 fois pour quitter la chambre alors qu’il était 11h et que le checkout était indiqué jusqu’à 12h.

Veldig god frokost. Rengjøring på rommet hver dag. Fin beliggenhet. Iflg drosjesjåfør ligger hotellet i et trygt og veldig bra område. Umiddelbar nærhet til cafeer, restauranter, shopping og zoo

Cons:

Badstu kostet 15 euro pr pers

sehr gutes Hotel mit Potential zum Wiederkommen ...

die zentrale Lage des Hotels, Auswahl ruhiges Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

der Ausblick zumindest in der niedrigeren Etage auf das Dach mit div. Abluftschächten etc., nehme ich in Kauf für eine ruhige Lage, da bevorzugt Fenster zum Öffnen !! (sehr positiv), zur belebten Straße wäre dies nicht möglich
