Definitely a unique experience!
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the hotel sets a high bar of standard and high quality. The hotel puts a big emphasis on small details which makes the experience much more memorable. The room was clean, tidy, provides all the facilities so you feel at home. The breakfast was amazing and the stuff is super friendly and nice. Great choice for a stay in Berlin.

Maybe providing advanced information about parking (maybe it is written somewhere, but didn't see it)

Great hotel and facilities are amazing!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel well positioned by the Zoo and shops.
Staff were so polite and helpful especially Robin Kleinau who couldn’t have been any more helpful.
The breakfast was fabulous and the choice was limitless!

Cons:

The A/C didn’t work as it should have but was sorted promptly!
This was at the hottest time in Berlin!

Pros:

L emplacement est parfait, très bien situé dans Berlin. La piscine très agréable avec une fermeture à 22h et très appréciée après une journée de visite

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre rendant les nuits difficiles surtout les jours de canicule

Pros:

All was good! Room was perfect for us! Nice to have a pool area to chill out a bit in the down time. Too bad the parking lot only had 1 parking spot for a car my size (that was taken). But other than that room comfortable good, breakfast good, nice central location .... would gladly book again.

A great hotel (for about 10 months of the year).
Pros:

Very well-positioned hotel, close to public transport and half an hour from many places of interest. Things that stood out: breakfast with a great selection and a comfortable bed (especially the pillows). The pool and the whole spa area are rather small, but were super refreshing during hot days.

Cons:

At the beginning of my stay, there was a heat wave with over 40°C outside, and the A/C wasn't working at all (around 30°C in the room). While I understand that it's not always within the hotel's capacity to have everything functioning perfectly, what I do not understand is why they only act upon complaints. Extra water in the rooms? Should be automatic. The option to open (locked) windows should be offered immediately. Fans were likely distributed on a first-come/-served basis, etc. So next time, instead of printing an announcement that the A/C doesn't operate fully (which was an understatement), think about what you can do and how to handle it. You book such a hotel for a certain level of comfort during a business trip.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage, hervorragendem Frühstück und Spa-Bereich sowie einem Zoo direkt gegenü
Pros:

Mir hat an diesem Hotel wirklich alles gefallen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – sehr abwechslungsreich – und wurde in einem wunderschönen Restaurant mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Stadt serviert. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Kaffee war hervorragend, und trotz der vielen Gäste war es überall angenehm ruhig.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass sich die Tür von innen nicht abschließen ließ. Meine kleine Tochter hat die Tür ständig geöffnet, sodass sie das Zimmer hätte verlassen können. Das war für mich der einzige Nachteil.
