Alles in allem ok, aber keiner 5-Sterne würdig, abgesehen vom Frühstück.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts von 3 Nächten kam kein einziges Mal der Zimmerservice um die Betten zu machen trotz morgendlicher Bitte beim Concierge.
Im gesamten EG hat es stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und auch die Matratzen. Das war für Nichtraucher unangenehm.

Cons:

Ein Mitarbeiter des Teams des Concierges hat sich miserabel verhalten, und leider keine Manieren! Wenn man Mitarbeiter in einem 5 Sterne hotel einstellt sind Grooming und Etikette als selbstverständlich zu überprüfen. In diesem Fall gehe ich davon aus, dass der Mitarbeiter weder ein Vorstellungsgespräch hatte, geschweige denn die Kompetenz geprüft wurde, als 5 Sterne Gastgeber tätig zu sein. Unfassbar frech und unhöflich dass es seines Gleichen sucht. Complaint Management über den Manager on Duty war professionell. Dennoch: diese Art und der Umgang mit Gästen ist leider nicht und in keinster Weise akzeptabel.

Cons:

Ein Problem waren die konstanten Umbauten mit viel Lärm tagsüber. Begonnen wurde damit schon vor 8 Uhr morgens, obwohl laut Aussage ein Fenster vom 9 uhr bis 18 uhr hätte eingehalten werden sollen. Nach Reklamationen wurde gut darauf reagiert.
