Clean rooms but the service fell well below expectations

Clean room but the mattress was too soft for me

Good breakfast

Cons:

Disappointing experience. My room service dinner was delayed for nearly two hours, only for the hotel to discover that no one had actually processed the order. While I received an apology letter, it did little to make up for the inconvenience.

To make matters worse, a request for a modest 90-minute late checkout was denied due to “unavailability.” Overall, the service fell well short of expectations.

Świetny hotel w znakomitej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, smaczne i bogate śniadania, wygodny pokój, kryty basen. Miła obsługa. Blisko parking (Europa Center - 20EUR za dobę).

Cons:

Checkout muck up had us being charged twice. Eventually resolved but had to pay bank conversion fees from Aus Dollars to Euro twice. Be careful with checkout here,

מיקום. תחילת הקודאם. גם אם המלון עובר שיפוץ איטי שלא מפריע כלל, הרי שהוא מלון 5 כוכבים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. מסעדה קטנה ומעולה לערב. ליד הקה דה וה. ספטמבר עם בריכה. והעיקר ממש זול יחסית ל 5 כוכבים. גודל החדר כפול ממלונות 4 כוכבים שבאותו מחיר.
