Miła obsługa, basen na terenie obiektu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja!

Hotel lata świetności ma zdecydowanie już dawno za sobą. Mało miejsca w pokoju, kilka uszkodzeń w pokoju. Pokój z widokiem na podwórko sąsiada. Monotonne śniadanie. W cenie mieliśmy mieć miejsce parkingowe, niestety po przyjeździe okazało sie że brak już miejsc i musieliśmy szukać parkingu poza hotelem. Bardzo cienkie ściany pomiędzy pokojami.

Très déçus par cet hôtel. Honnêtement, il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles.

Les chiens sont annoncés comme acceptés, mais en réalité ils ne sont autorisés qu’à rester dans la chambre. En plus de ces nombreuses restrictions, un supplément est facturé pour les animaux, ce que je trouve vraiment excessif.

La chambre était vieillissante : la tapisserie se décolle, le sèche-cheveux était cassé et l’ensemble manque clairement d’entretien.

Le petit-déjeuner a également été une grosse déception. Proposer des fruits en boîte dans un établissement 4 étoiles est vraiment regrettable, et le choix comme la qualité ne sont pas à la hauteur.

Le seul véritable point positif est la piscine, qui est agréable, ainsi que les femmes de ménage, qui ont été très gentilles et professionnelles.

Au vu du prix et du classement de l’hôtel, nous nous attendions à une prestation de bien meilleure qualité. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Veel te duur en verouderd hotel. Totaal zijn 4 sterren niet waard

Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Verouderd hotel met slecht werkende airco. 1 dag geen elektriciteit gehad en hierdoor geen airco en geen licht dus niet kunnen douchen. Het was toen ongeveer 40 graden in San Leone.

Cons:

keine Regeln am Pool (Leute sind von allen Seiten in den Pool gesprungen) und sehr laute Musik am Pool (wurde trotz Bitte nicht leiser gestellt); Zimmer extrem hellhörig (man konnte hören, wenn jemand im Nachbarzimmer eine WhatsApp Nachricht erhielt oder gesprochen wurde); nicht sehr umweltfreundlich: beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es nur Plastikbecher für Wasser oder Saft - nicht gerade sehr umweltfreundlich

Geen Wifi, geen 4G!!!!
Pros:

Groot zwembad, met veel ligbedden en parasols.

Cons:

Totaal geen Wifi, noch 4G. Enkel in de lobby, en aan het zwembad. Helemaal niet leuk, zeker niet omdat we WK wilden volgen via internet. 3 dagen na elkaar gaan klagen aan de receptie. Geen enkele actie vanwege het hotel. Te mijden dus.
