Rooms need to be updated
This is a large and well located hotel in downtown Cleveland. My room was fine, with a strong wifi signal, a decent number of outlets and an adequate work space. The bathroom was small and the shower tub did not drain well. This is a fairly typical Marriott, and that is ok: I will be back again.
Everything about the hotel was good for the most part.
I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. There also could have been more lighting in the room.
Absolutely blown away by the check-in experience here — the organization level is unmatched, and I say that having traveled the world and stayed at more places than I can count. Huge shoutout to Thaymon, Matt, and Libby for making it seamless from the moment I walked in. Every detail was handled with real care and professionalism. This is what world-class hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed for spending almost $400 a night and our bedding was filthy there were stains on the beddings stiff dirty stains, on the sheets, comforter and pillow cases. There was also dirt or something looking like dirt on our bedding.
Would you like to take an ICE COLD SHOWER in your room at 7am? Stay here! Would you like to pay $16 at the parking garage because the check-in parking area is full, and you have to park in the garage to check in to the hotel? Stay here! Would you like to stand in line at the front desk even though you checked in through the app and there was no reply sent to tell you what room was yours? Stay here! Would you like to call the front desk because no bathrobe is provided? Stay here! Would you like to go without even one lousy cup of coffee in the morning? Stay here! This was my second stay at this hotel, and it will be my last!
