The staff and location were very good. The breakfast was good.

Elegí este hotel porque está cerca del Gare du Nord y mi tren salía desde ahí. Está en una calle decente y el tamaño de la habitación estuvo bien. El día que nos marchábamos pudimos dejar las maletas en el hotel e irnos a pasear. El personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo.
Tiene un elevador pequeño, pero tampoco es un problema fuerte.
Location
Quality of hotel is poor for value.
The location is a 3 minute walk from Gare de Nord making it easily accessible from the airport. This also allows easy access to the rest of Paris. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The room was a little smaller than expected but not really a problem if using the hotel as a base for exploring. The air conditioning wasn't great but again, only a minor issue.
Small rooms but well positioned property. The shower would be small for a larger man.
The proximity to both train stations (Nord and l’Est).
Fin utsikt och bra rum. Bra att det fanns en liten kyl och vattenkokare och kaffemaskin på rummet. Centralt läge så det var lätt att ta sig till saker både till fots och med metron.
Trevlig personal. Vi är nöjda med detta hotell.
La cercanía al tren
La zona no es linda de noche. El hotel es cómodo, la habitación es normal y el colchón es cómodo. Hace mucho calor en la habitación y hay olor fue en el pasillo
the bathroom was clean and had nice tile
The shower was very slippery. The room was so small that there wasn't anywhere to open our suitcases except on the bed!! The pillows felt like they were made out of concrete. Beds poorly made, bottom sheets came off as soon as we sat on the bed.
I felt very very unsafe in this area to the point that we left. The beds had dirt or bugs under the mattress and the room smelled musty and old. We literally stayed 30 minutes and left because there were d*** deals going on outside of the hotel. I asked the desk clerk for a refund and he refused.
