My first time at this hotel, I will surely consider booking the next time
Pros:

Friendly staff, especially at the front office (Catherine and Davide). Good location, it was walking distance from the metro. Good breakfast with enough variety to choose from.

Не понравилось то, что а нашем номере не работал телевизор. Мы обращались на ресепшен, но они не смогли помочь, 2 ночи провели без телевизора, так как идет чемпионат мира по футболу, это было большим разочарованием.

Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely star here again.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and polite.

Cons:

Only very minor things. No hooks to hang towels in 1 bathroom of the 2 rooms we booked. The phone charging pad in one room only worked intermittently and the light on it would turn itself on at random times in the middle of the night. Think it had an electrical fault.

Nice hotel to stay for a 3/4 days in Paris!!
Pros:

The room was confortable and the A/C was great!! Breakfast was good and offered a good variety. The location is ok, close to Galerias Lafayette. We used taxi/Uber to get close to the museums or other tourist attractions, because had a
handicap person among our group. But walking to all these amenities is a bit far, I would estimate a good 20 minute walk.
Now, I must add that the staff is very helpful and super nice, specially: Davide, Maria Belem and the lady from Cabo Verde whose name right now, unfortunately, I can not remember due to the jetlag...... Thank you for making our stay so much nicer !!!! The Sandovals......

Pros:

Excellent séjour à l'Hôtel Touraine ! L'emplacement est parfait, dans un quartier calme et très agréable, tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied des Galeries Lafayette. La chambre est spacieuse pour Paris et l'ensemble de l'hôtel est très propre. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les sorbets offerts pendant la canicule, ainsi que le thé, le café et l'eau mis gratuitement à disposition tout au long de la journée. Enfin, un grand merci à Catherine pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme dès notre arrivée. Son sens du service fait vraiment la différence !

Cons:

Le bruit du métro le soir mais c'est pas si dérangeant que ça.

O melhor local que estivemos. Localização é excelente, todos os funcionários são ótimos. O quarto é perfeito e tudo que envolveu essa estadia foi ótimo. Se voltar a Paris, com certeza será nesse mesmo hotel.

Excellent hotel! Great location, close to the metro and bus stations. The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Would not stay again
Pros:

I suggest booking rooms only on the top floors. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The price is the same whether you get a nice room at the top floors or a dark noisy room at the bottom floor. Staff says lower floor rooms not facing the street are their quiet rooms, but that’s not true as you get the shaking from the metro underneath. We got a lower level room facing the quart yard which was dark and shaking from the metro. After complaining and getting some unpleasant and argumentstive attitude from staff, we were giving a top floor street facing room which was 100% nicer and actually quieter. If you book this hotel, request only top floors. Their facilities and rooms are really 3 stars, I assume the 4th star is due to the “spa” downstairs.
