O atendimento do Sofiane no café da manhã é um diferencial. Excelente localização para qualquer região da cidade, apenas uma quadra dp metrô. Muito próximo galeria lafayette. Excelente custo benefício. Quarto muito bom se vc estiver em apenas duas pessoas, fui com minha esposa e filha de 1 ano e meio e o quarto ficou bem apertado. A nota so não foi melhor pois nos 2 últimos dias o elevador quebrou e tivemos que subir e descer de escadas, inclusive com malas.

Great stay!
Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, with excellent language skills. A special mention goes to Davide, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
As I was travelling with a baby, I requested a cot and a quiet room, and the hotel kindly arranged both for us. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The room was clean overall and well maintained. However, if I need to find one area that could be improved is the shower head, which had some black mould buildup and would benefit from a thorough cleaning

الفندق قريب من جاليري لافييت الاوبرا ومطعم cult
ولكن بعيد عن الشانز مشي اكثر من 20 دقيقه
مقابل الفندق سوبر ماركت .

I would like to sincerely thank Sofiane for his kindness and excellent service. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

I would also like to compliment the reception team. I accidentally left an item at the hotel after I had already traveled to Spain, and they immediately offered to help me. They were very supportive and made the whole process much easier.

Magnifique séjour - nous reviendrons
Pros:

très bel hôtel situé à 2 pas des grands boulevards - Proximité des restaurants pour diner le soir. La chambre était très spacieuse et extrêmement confortable. très grand lit. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les petites attentions qui nous attendaient dans la chambre (je n'en dirait pas plus pour le pas gâcher la surprise)

Buffet du petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de variété et un accueil personnalisé la matin fort sympathique

Cons:

un peu complique de prendre l'ascenseur le matin car occupé par le personnel de service (ce qui est compréhensible)
