Please note that deliveries are accepted 1 week prior to guest's arrival. The hotel will return packages that arrive earlier or after guest's departure. The first 3 packages are handled free of charge.

Good Experience
Pros:

Everything at the Waldorf towers was wonderful. The staff and everyone ! Ruben was great! Good customer service . Alone with Carl and Sergio! They were front desk representatives. All three were amazing !!!!! The rooms were clean. Housekeeping got us everything we needed. And the food was amazing! They also had hookah ! The drinks was good . We definitely will be coming back!

An amazing experience
Pros:

We had a really wonderful time at the Waldorf Towers. The hotel is very beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I especially want to thank Ruben at the front desk. From the first moment we arrived, he was so friendly, helpful, and professional. He made our stay much better with his good guidance. It is not easy to find this kind of great service everywhere. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. Thanks for everything Ruben!

Amazing Room with View on a Budget
Pros:

I always love staying here because of it's location to the beach. Additionally the staff are super helpful (from recommendations on where to eat, shop and non tourist activities). I've stayed here 5-10 times over six years and will always select this place as my stay.

Cons:

I didn't like how there was construction in the front of the hotel and that caused us not to have breakfast outside. Also I realized that the hotel removed the lobby bar that was previously there.

BEST HOTEL ON SOUTH BEACH!
Pros:

We went for the South Beach food and wine festival, so the location was wonderful because we walked to and from the event back to our hotel. Now let me say the hotel was amazing! I loved how clean and fresh the whole property looked daily. Our room was a suite, and it was beautiful, my girlfriend loved the room and the food on the property was wonderful as well. We loved this place so much we are coming back for the festival again next year and will be booking the same room accommodations! I think we found our forever south beach hotel .
