Please note that deliveries are accepted 1 week prior to guest's arrival. The hotel will return packages that arrive earlier or after guest's departure. The first 3 packages are handled free of charge.

Estadia muito agradável. Quarto limpo, silencioso e arejado. Recepcionista Oscar muito solícito.
Pros:

O hotel está todo reformado. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. A limpeza do quarto impecável e a localização é ótima. O serviço de praia atendeu a expectativa e o recepcionista Oscar, brasileiro, deu excelentes dicas de passeios. Súper recomendo o hotel.

Cons:

Tudo no hotel nos agradou. Ficamos na suíte do terceiro andar. O quarto tinha ótimo isolamento acústico. O hotel fica no agito da Ocean Drive, com muitas opções de restaurantes e bares. A praia era ótima.

Topplek op de strip.
Pros:

Last minute zocht ik een kamer op de Strip. Ik werd vooraf geinformeerd over de kleine geluidshinder van de kamer. Eerlijk is eerlijk, daar was de prijs ook naar. Vriendelijke mensen en een fantastische locatie!

Cons:

De kamer was boven de keuken, de laatste beschikbare mogelijkheid. Dit was erg gehorig. (ik was hiervoor gewaarschuwd door de staf).

If they fix the bathroom it would be perfect

The location was perfect! The staff was extremely nice!

Cons:

The hotel was not clean. When I checked in at 9:40pm on Thursday 05/28 . I had to call down to the front desk to get clean blankets and sheets. He came upstairs immediately, seen the issue and replaced the Sheetz offering me a new room as well. The restaurant food was good! Unfortunately, I couldn’t return to eat there because the table and glasses were dirty.

Art Deco 🏨 + South Beach 🏖️ vibes = 💃🏾🥳💥🎉!
Pros:

All of the staff were amazing -- from the time we arrived and the staff came out to help us, to them helping us with our departure. Brian, Ruben, Gil, Oscar and every single member of the hotel and restaurant staff really created many great guest experiences. The food and drink was well worth the price, freshly made, with premium ingredients. The restaurant staff were welcoming, professional and accommodating.

The rooms are well appointed with modern fixtures while keeping the Art Deco theme. Simply cross the street in front of the hotel with their complimentary striped beach towels and bottled water and go pick up your complimentary beach lounge chairs courtesy of Boucher Brothers before enjoying a relaxing beach day. Who could ask for anything better?

I loved my visit and cannot wait to return.I only disliked the fact that I couldn't stay longer as I had a cruise to board, lol! Given a chance, I'd definitely stay there again. The delectable food from the Icon restaurant coupled with festive music played at the outdoor venue; the eclectic South Beach vibes and proximity to the beach; the hotel's beautiful Art Decor design; and great staff all made my short time there unforgettably and awesomely grand.

Pros:

Leuk hotel… ook heel schoon…Maar als je met een motor komt heb je wel een behoorlijk probleem.. motor mag je niet parkeren op valet parking en ook niet in de parkeergarages in de buurt..na lang zoeken hebben we hem uiteindelijk maar langs ergens langs de straat moeten zetten. Wat normaal niet de bedoeling is. Behulpzaam waren ze niet echt.

Cons:

Heel hectisch je moet snel je koffers uit de auto halen en auto moet weg… met de koffers via restaurant naar receptie…dat vond ik wel een nadeel en de motor natuurlijk… verder was het prima voor een nachtje miami beach…

Very nice place to stay Oscar was very friendly and professional, knowledgeable about where to eat !! Room was very nice clean AC worked !! Staff was friendly we had free breakfast every morning! Breakfast was good & plenty!!

Room was bright and the ceiling fan with light a great bonus. Large refrigerator helpful. Plug ins by bed included usb c. Nice view of beach.

Cons:

Quite noisy all night but it was a big party night with Saturday of Memorial Day weekend

Amazing experience! Great Staff
Pros:

Modern rooms and great staff. The staff helped us with great food options and things to see. They were also very attentive to our needs. The room was clean and no problems with noise level. It is an older building that has been refurbished.
