L’emplacement au cœur de South Beach sur Ocean Drive.
Le personnel accueillant et agréable.
La décoration de la chambre.

Cons:

Le service valet qui doit fournir le véhicule en 15 -20 mins maximum parfois défaillant.
Nous avons attendu, le jour du départ, quasiment 45 minutes notre véhicule, inacceptable!
Une compensation aurait été appréciée.
Nous ne recommandons pas de prendre le forfait petit déjeuner, le choix avec le forfait est extrêmement restreint.

It was ok great location but when they say they have parking they don’t they have valet parking and you have to pay an additional $45 a day for parking which I feel if you state you have parking I would assume it’s on site free parking not parking that you have to pay

The place was great, close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The staff was amazing, especially Brian at the front desk. He was very friendly and respectful. I would stay again for my next visit.

Restaurantpreise sind ein Witz - Bier inkl Service u Tax 27Usd....
Liegen am Strand inkludiert, für den Sonnenschirm muss man allerdings 27usd zahlen....
