Food and room were excellent.
Staff were very helpfull
Beautiful setting
Food poor in restaurant in evening
Excellent location and very very clean
loved facilities and location
room was tiny and way over priced
The proximity to Henley, the ambiance throughout, the food and especially the staff.
The reception ladies (especially Rebecca) managed to move room for us, as the room we were given (no. 16) had a vent behind it which was a bit noisy as the weather was super hot. We were given a balcony room which overlooked the garden and river, it was wonderful. All the staff seemed to have the time to help all of the guests.
Nothing
Breakfast was lovely, but service a bit slow. Forgot to bring toast with my breakfast and by the time i got it, I had finished eating
Very central
Extra hot weather for the 4 nights. AC is an important need for these frequent extemes. Ceiling fans may also be appreciated in dining and outdoor areas.
Location superb, food was great breakfast was exceptional and staff very friendly and polite and attentive. Loved the pool great facilities very clean room was comfortable and very clean.
nothing it was all great
Staff . Food . Location . Rooms
This is a members club.and that's the feeling we got . Nothing is signposted. Even the toilet.
Couldn't tell you where the pool and gym was . There was another building in the overflow carpark.
Snooker Croquet
Members only . I would have enjoyed a supervised hour to learn the game . Reception said we could apply to the club in an email . Bit that would take a few days . Nothing to do . As I say staff were excellent. No Airton. But fan provided . And we are going through unprecedented temperatures.
the food was excellent. The area to the centre was very good. The location ,next to the river was beautiful
the bar and restaurant were closed Saturday, due to setting up for the regatta, which was inconvenient for us and other older guests. Our room needed some renovation. There was a large damp patch on the ceiling. There was no air conditioning and the weather was 36 degrees?
Everything, service was first class, location amazing. Room was perfect and food really good
Nothing
Location, atmosphere
Hesitate to state anything negative, maybe the service at dinner was a bit lengthy - 2 hours
Exceeded my expectations and very impressed with the staff.
Food was great and the shower was the best shower I’ve ever had.
