Cons:

I was shocked by how rude the receptionist was. She told me that the room I had booked was not available and said I could pay extra to move to a different room. However, the way she spoke to me and her overall attitude throughout the conversation were completely unacceptable.

The situation eventually turned into an argument. She refused to tell me her name, so I started recording a video. Only then did she finally give me her name. After that, she began recording me as well.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel. The majority of the staff members were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They truly made an effort to ensure a comfortable visit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the check-in process left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, I was met with a negative attitude from a receptionist who insisted my breakfast wasn’t included, despite my booking clearly stating otherwise. Her demeanor was unwelcoming and lacked the pleasant hospitality you expect at check-in.
After an unnecessary argument, she double-checked the system and confirmed that breakfast was indeed included. While the issue was eventually resolved, what disappointed me most was the complete lack of an apology. There was no "sorry" for the inconvenience or for her oversight and lack of attention to detail.

Poor breakfast, great location and amazing stuff
Pros:

1. Excellent location along major roads that lead directly to the city center. Accessible and extensive public transportation.
2. Friendly and helpful staff.
3. I love hotels that have electric kettles and working TVs! The hotel of course had both of them.

Cons:

1. Breakfast is typical, the same every day, with a small selection, but worth the money. Served as a set meal, not a buffet.
2. The curtains were quite dusty and dirty, bed linen is not changed every day, you have to insist on it, but overall there were no problems with cleanliness.
3. Wi-Fi worked very strangely, there were several networks, but only one network worked, and even then it often disconnected and stopped working.

Вчера я приехала в гостиницу Ajour. Я бронировала примерно в 5 вечера и в 7 приехала туда, уставшая с дороги. Они меня ставят перед фактом и поднимают цену на 4.000 тг. Когда я бронировала они поставили цену 13.000 тг, а мне счет выставили на 17.000 тг. Я чисто из принципа не осталась и мне еще пришлось 2 часа искать новую гостиницу и ехать туда. Мало того, они полностью с себя ответственность сняли и сказали, что виноват Booking. У них ноль лояльности и этичности к клиентам, они сказали, что им в принципе наплевать на мой плохой отзыв. И еще я попросила отменить мою бронь и объяснить ситуацию и как вы видите они сделали меня виноватой, что якобы я не приехала на объект. Они обманывают клиентов и причиняют вред людям тем, что отнимают их время и деньги, пишут одну цену, завлекают к себе в отель, потом ставят перед фактом и поднимаю цену.
