Fantastic value for money
Pros:

Absolutely great value for money, and was a late minute booking due to our previous accommodation being horrific. The staff at Umalas were friendly, the room exceeded our expectations. The best shower we had in bali, with great water pressure. Only wished we had longer to make use of the pool and their on site spa /massages.

Cons:

That our stay was only brief, wish we had longer at Umalas

my room was a connecting room, and I could clearly hear the young family next door through the single shared door — little ones crying through the night. I had earplugs which helped, but I'd recommend requesting a non-connecting room at booking if noise is a concern.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and lovely stay
Pros:

One of my favorite places to stay in bali with my kids . We stay often as the staff are friendly and the facilities are comfortable. The breakfast is great and the rooms are large . I really enjoy this quieter area with access to many facilities nearby . All staff are so helpful and kind

A great place to relax
Pros:

Lovely location! Away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was just amazing and the rooms are spacious.. what a lovely stay.

It was definitely an eye opener in a bad way.
Pros:

We enjoyed the customer service, the staff were excellent and so accommodating, our breakfast was great. Location was alright as we ordered for Grabs, we were close to a small Cafe in walking distance. We all felt safe and the lift was great to see as my room was on the 3rd floor.

Cons:

The building needs to be updated, in room 101 which was a Two-Bedroom Suite it smelt like someone had poo-ed in the kitchen and the shower in the room with the ensuite flooded badly, we were told because the room was on a lean.
As for room 103 that was a Two-Bedroom Suite, the ensuite shower flooded as well, we spoke to them requesting if they could clean the drain and for the rest of our holiday we had no more floods. The pool was old and it looked dirty, some of the family did have a swim for 2 days however they weren't in it for long the swimming towels definitely need replacing, actually all the bed linen, towels were stained unacceptable considering we paid a considerable amount of money for 7 days. The stools in the shower need replacing because over time they have started to look disgustingly dirty, they have the bodywash, shampoo and conditioner bottles sitting on them. The photo's that were placed on Booking.com were deceiving, showcasing stunning suite's when in natural fact they were nothing like what we seen, as for the rating on booking.com I would give them 4.2 (Bad) overall.

Étant situé à Umalas, il y a forcément du bruit. Dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas mieux insonorisé.

Pros:

Персонал вежливый, кровати удобные, полотенца чистые, меняли каждый день, завтраки тоже не плохие. Бассейн маленький, но комфортный и чистый. Вполне приличный отель за свои деньги. Рядом очень неплохая кафешка с приятными ценами.

Cons:

Рядом идут стройки и ремонтные работы, постоянно шум с раннего утра. Далековато до пляжа и города, без байка не обойтись, но или использовать такси.

Umalas Suites, always a good idea!
Pros:

I come here ofter when I go to the south (I live if the north of Bali). The staff is super friendly and I like to comfortable rooms. The breakfast is always delicious.
Moodest en Nalo cafe and Warung Sundari are in walking distance for some lunches/drinks.

Pros:

Hôtel très calme en plein centre d'Umalas.
C'est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel agréable et le petit-déjeuner excellent.
J'y reviendrai !
