Pros:

Very good staff, especially in the restaurant. Comfy beds, good breakfast and dinner options. Absolutely loved how you could get water from machine in the corridor. I also liked in-between cleanings, thank you!

Cons:

I would have loved conditioner for hair, shampoo leaves it frizzy. Also some body lotions would have been great, the water made the skin dry

Top verblijf in een superprachtige stad
Pros:

Een erg net hotel. De ligging is prima. Je bent binnen een half uur in het centrum. Dit is eenvoudig te vinden. Parkeren is ook top, pal voor de deur op hun eigen parkeerplaats. Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker. Ook wordt er omelet gebakken door de chef. Die kreeg een dikke 10 van mijn dochter.

Cons:

Enige is dat het niet in het centrum ligt. Aan de andere kant heb je zo een taxi voor een paar euro als je niet wilt lopen. Een prima wandeling naar het centrum overigens.

Excellent hotel with great facilities for families
Pros:

We had a great stay at Novotel Wrocław Centrum. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. There is a large parking area available for an additional fee (70 PLN), which was very convenient.
The lobby is spacious and cozy, with plenty to do for both adults and children. There is a children's play area, an Xbox, books to read, and many comfortable places to relax. The restaurant and bar were excellent—the restaurant was open until 11 PM and the bar until midnight, which was very convenient after a long journey.
The food was delicious, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and professional. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met our expectations.
