酒店位置好，交通方便，距离中心火车站步行10分钟。离老城也步行可到。早餐丰盛，房间安静

Problemy z wystawieniem faktury imiennej. Prośba o fakturę do delegacji była zgłoszona przed przyjazdem oraz przy zameldowaniu. Nie mogłam jej otrzymać. Pani z recepcji kazała mi dzwonić do księgowej z mojej firmy i chciała jej tłumaczyć, że nie muszę brać u nich faktury i mogę inaczej rozliczyć delegację. Sytuacja kuriozalna. Sytuacja z fakturą imienną powtarza się trzeci raz w tym hotelu. Tłumaczenie hotelu: taki mamy program księgowy.

Brak możliwości otwarcia okna, mało przemyślany prysznic na podwyższeniu, co sprawiało, że woda się z niego wylewała
Zimno bylo w pokoju, ogrzewania nie dało się podkręcić...
Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu, różnorodne. Do wyboru było wiele potraw, aczkolwiek przy podróży z małym dzieckiem nie było typowych płatków śniadaniowych dla dziecka - w niczym to nie przeszkadzało.
Vicino alla stazione e al centro commerciale Wroclavia, un po' fuori dal centro ma cmq ottimamente servita dal tram. Colazione top!!
Signorine della reception ben istruite ma perdono facilmente la pazienza se non si afferra subito il concetto.
