No pudimos ingresar la habitación q compramos x booking no existía en el hotel y el hotel x la plata q reservamos por la página nose hizo responsable y quedamos en la calle con 3 niñas bajo agua ! Personal pésimo no dio solución más q pagar extra
La atención x parte de la encargada de reservas y la falsedad de vender algo q no pueden y no tienen
La ubicación es genial, el personal muy amable
La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno esta bueno, es variado pero el comedor es chico, están las mesas muy pegadas.
La habitación tenía algún que otro detalle de humedad (nada grave). Pero lo que no me gustó es que las habitaciones no cuentan con frigobar. Por mail me indicaron que iban colocarme uno en la habitación ya que lo necesitaba por una medicación que requiere frío. No cumplieron con la petición ( en dos oportunidades porque claramente hice el reclamo).
Igualmente el personal me la guardo.
