Avoid this hotel
Pros:

The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were lovely as were the make members of staff around the hotel. The location was good.
Good selection of TV channels
Good wardrobe space
Communal areas are nice and well maintained
Nice touch to have a bottle of water in the room on arrival

Cons:

Key cards didn't work several times which wouldn't be much of an issue but there aren't enough lifts and you often have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for them.

Doors have no soft close and every time a door shuts it makes a huge slamming noise. Noise is a huge issue at this hotel. We didn't managed a decent night's sleep without being woken which ruined the holiday.

Masses of kids in football kits, it seems like an academy hotel (they were will behaved though).

No entertainment at all in the day, it starts at 10pm!

Pillows terribly uncomfortable.

Pool was freezing most days and wasn't heated. Also as an FYI the pool area is constantly in the wind stream. No music by pool in the day or atmosphere. Limited space by the pool. The pool didn't open until after 11 and closes at 6, despite the sun being out until 930pm.

Bad attitude of female staff member ie when asking if there was entertainment I was told to read the poster over the otherside of the room. Most female staff seem angry all the time when walking past (except the cleaners who were really pleasant).

Some food was cold when we ate at breakfast, but there was a good variety.

There was no service at bars most of the time and inadequate staff v customer levels.

On our 3rd day there were no staff at the sky bar. On our 5th day the sky bar and pool was closed all day for a private event!

The gym barely has any equipment.

Oh and we had 2 rooms, as there was a leak in the toilet in the first room, all you could hear was tricking water all night, they did change the room the next day without issue but there was no air con in the first or second room.
I was told by a lady on reception that air con only operates after 3pm which is laughable as we paid for a superior room which states it has air conditioning.

Pros:

La ubicación es ideal estas en pleno centro y muy cerca de la playa del bajondillo. No necesitas coche para nada. Es un gran hotel muy acogedor y no le falta detalle. Muy recomendable. Personal muy amable

Pros:

Reasonable hotel all round. Staff were mostly polite, food was generally good for all inclusive.
Nice pools, bars and location is pretty good too.
Wasn't expensive so wasn't expecting much and was quite surprised.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated and general maintenance could be better.
Didn't stop me enjoying my stay however.

Příjemný hotel, dostatek lehátek, dostatečný výběr jídla

Cons:

Cesta k moři - přímo se zdálo kousek, ale muselo se hodně obcházet po spoustě schodů. Výtah částečně pomohl, ale nebyl zadarmo. Za 1 lehátko na pláži 9 euro.

Great location, great staff, hotel could do with a small up date, but it was spotless

Cons:

Bar closed at 11pm for all inclusive guests. Then you had to pay for your drinks up until 12, when the bar closed. I would close the bar at 12 and keep all inclusive involved until then.

Definitely recommended!
Pros:

I booked a sea view room and the view was spectacular. I had a request for the room, and the receptionist was extremely accommodating and helped me, I'm extremely grateful to her. The room was spotless. I really enjoyed my stay.
