Prima en net hotel met goede bedden en ruime kamers. Personeel vriendelijk op de receptionist na. Prima ontbijt voor Amerikaanse begrippen.
Receptionist was niet vriendelijk en gaf minimale service. Geen schoonmaak en schonen handdoeken terwijl het wel aangegeven was op de spiegel in de badkamer. We moeste bij de receptie schonen handdoeken ophalen.
Clean, family stay from SC, and food.
Too many prices, one - waite from the hotel, other from onsite operater.. felt sick, one from Booking which was 97.00 per night with length of stay, I am a Concession. My stay was interp.
Breakfast was perfect. However, there was underlying order that wasn’t pleasant in the hallway. The order was in one of our rooms. One room had a large hole in the wall. The chain on the window cover was broke and one party was informally with outside lights shining in the room. The question reported those conditions.
Hotel odor. For the price the hotel was ok.
The room was a good size and the shower was amazing.
Was not notified there was a train track right outside my window and it surprised me and woke me up at night. Also the sink was completely cracked frome one side, through the bowl to the other.

we were there for 6 nights..housekeeping came 1 time..we notified the front desk and we're told it would be handled..when we got back to our room nothing was done. Every 2 days our door key didn't work and we had to go down to the lobby and have it fixed..very aggravating..would not stay there again.
Everyone was very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.
I like the ease of checking in. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
When I used the restroom the toilet flushed but wouldn't stop running after flushing. I was able to take the top off and fix the chain length myself to have the stopper go how it's supposed to.
It also looked like the shower was repaired and had a crack that you could see was repaired but not too well.

The person at the desk (Colleen) was very rude, sarcastic and overall not very welcoming. I first asked if there were any conjoining rooms, which I was told they would put a note on my account if available, she immediately dismissed it without even taking a look, she gave us 2 rooms that were no where near each other, we booked our rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed and she put us in one room that had 2 double beds. The one king room we did have smelt very musty and muggy. They told us that they just finished shampooing it. We arrived at 7 pm I’m not sure why the rooms weren’t cleaned well before the 4 pm check in. The breakfast was good but wasn’t replenished quick enough (bacon and potatoes).
Location
A good stay at a hotel starts with a good sleep, when your pillows are thinner then pancakes you can't get a good night sleep, a combo of thin - thicker pillows would be appreciated. Woke with a kink in the neck due to lack of support. Because of this I can't rate the hotel any higher.
Additionally, the hotel was dated, needed cleaning and maintenance.
Location was good. It was clean.
